Absolutely fabulous sandwiches, and an excellent value. They lose two stars because they neglect to clean the bathroom, and at check out, the guy behind the register was giving us a sales pitch about plating some sort of a card with $ 25.00, and for a moment we started to feel like we were in a cheap furniture store getting a high pressured sales pitch from a sales person in a cheap suit with unshined shoes. Next time, just hand the customer a leaflet explaining the benefits of the card, so they can discuss it, and make a decision.

This restaurant used to have good service, clean atmosphere and decent fast food. They have completely lost their sense of direction as a business. I can forgive mediocre food. But what I cannot understand is the severe lack of service toward customers. Actually, the service borders even what might be called negligent. Staff lacks attention, or even care. This is quickly expressed in the lack of attention to both the customer as well as the condition of the tables, chairs, floors, walls, etc. The menu offerings don’t change much, and apparently neither do the physical(dirty) menus. Makes me wish I had brought along the hand sanitizer. Don’t waste your time nor your money.

The buffalo chicken sandwich on fresh baked multi-grain bread is AOK and is one of the tastier and less deadly options among the fast food choices out there.

It’s well known to judge a restaurants cleanliness by the bathrooms. If they can’t be bothered to clean the public parts of the restaurant imagine the parts you don’t see…

Went here today. Food is OK, but the restaurant itself needs some updating and cleaning. Not a fan of the dirty station where you have to bring your dishes with dirty rags and spray bottles there. Also, today the place was FREEZING cold inside. Told the cashier who replied, «I don’t even notice… I’ve been here all day.» Next told the person who brought the food that it was FREEZING. His reply? «Well, back by the ovens it’s warm so it gets colder up here.» So, your customers are not cooking where the ovens are. They are up front by the windows. 3 other customers told the same person it was too cold and he said he would see what he could do. Nothing changed. I was miserable. You need to be more responsive when customers all agree on a service point like this.

This place was amazing! I had the Chipotle Pumpkin soup and a chicken sandwich for 10 dollars! It was so delicious! I recommend this café for breakfast or lunch. They brought your food right to your table instead of having to wait with a buzzer like Panera does! Very nice atmosphere

Ordered the Tandori Chicken Salad and it was very good. Friend had Italian Sandwich and loved it too. Will be back soon.

What started as a one-time latte treat several months ago has turned into an almost-daily trip to the Mount Kisco Cosi first thing in the morning. There’s a lot to be said for the great lattes(the best around by far), but it’s the staff that makes the visit worth repeating — especially Sheena, who greets me with pleasantries that have me leaving Cosi smiling and looking forward to my day. Since I’ve begun my latte routine, I’ve also tried the food — excellent and abundant!

cosi was always a good go-to spot beginning around 2005. i recently rediscovered this place and i have gained some respect for it. i think that it has kept up its good work and you can always count on it for some good bread, tomato basil mozzarella melts, smokes, hot chocolates, cappuccinos, coffee, salads, etc. its not an outstanding place where i would go for dinner, but if I’m in town and i want a good sandwich and i can’t think of any other place, it really never fails. the hours are good and the service is not bad. dont really have anything bad to say about it. I’m not usually a fan of chains, but i have a soft spot in my heart for this place.

As far as Cosi’s go — needs more outlets! The Cosi flatbread is really good, and their new kajillion calorie pastrami melt is REALLY good. Cookies are sub-par, but edible. Coffee is not bad, but I like how Panera lets you get free refills, Cosi does not =(. Near a Starbucks and Borders if you need to move your study into another spot.

A fairly boring chain. I am pretty much addicted to the Signature salad, but it may just be an excuse to eat the flat bread, which is terrific. Service is usually pretty dismal and the seating is uncomfortable. In the evening, they experimented with table service, for a while, but have given up on that, thank goodness, since they were pretty dreadful at that. A quick salad, with extra bread on the side, though, sounds pretty good to me right now. Just don’t hope for more than a cafeteria.

Not sure if all the stores carry this but you have to get the Habanero Watermelon Lemonade. This spicy drink is basically liquid crack… Sandwiches continue to be top notch. And the bread…

Customer service leaves much to be desired at this Cosi. I did not even eat or drink anything! I stopped in quickly to pick up a bagel and ended up with one of their strangely named SQUAGELS(wtf?-not even that much fun to say once let alone ten times) with cc and tomato. I was charged $ 3.75 which struck me as odd while walking out so I went back up to the reg to inquire as the board said $ 1.99. The difference seemed excessive for tomato. The dipstick blond girl there could not answer my question about how much tomato costs and then some other guy than who rung me up implied that I had ordered an omelet. Then he angrily punches in to his touch screen register and begrudgingly hands me my money. I was in there for maybe 3 minutes total and each second felt like an eternity. Turns out my «squagel» should have been $ 2.14. So I just returned it for a refund. Who returns bagels? Me when they tried to rip me off. Seems I am not the only one with service oriented issues at this particular Cosi. They suck.

I ate here twice in 2 days and liked each time. Menu revolves around flatbread, which they retrieve from the wood-burning oven. Also, they have a pretty good selection of salads and soup. Service was just so-so.
