Yes this place is a touch expensive, guess what it costs a lot to run a business like this… Foods good, I had a chicken big kahoona(spelling). It was very tasty and the sandwich was stuffed full. Problem was the bread was not cut properly so one side was to thin and the other was a huge hunk of bread, and the loaf was not cut deep enough… So all my meat, vegetables and cheese was falling out. Easily fixed just takes a bit of training and the desire not to serve improperly prepared food…(To the staff your only as good as your last sandwich, maintain high standards) . I would like to see some soups and salads on the menu in the future… Over all the place was clean, fast service, and polite workers…

This would be the third different Jersey Mike’s that I’ve eaten at. The sandwiches are always fresh and filled with yummy stuff. The staff has always been courteous and prompt. You want to give it 3 stars, that’s your opinion and that’s what Unilocal is all about, but 1 star? No way. This is one of my all time favorite sub shops.

Always excited to go to mikes. Great subs. Taste great. All the workers are friendly. They messed up my order though once.

Very pricey for a sandwich shop! Lousy, inexperienced service. Great ambiance though.

Good convent place to get a sub in town considering how the subway in mt kisco is a shady hole in the wall but my over view of jersey mikes sub is there not enough meat the appeal of the sub needs work and other then the bread to meet ratio was off the taste was prefect I would recommend eating here and I will be going back just order my sub with double meat

I just went to Jersey Mike’s and then read this previous review. I knew it was expensive but HOLYWOW! Expensive does not come close to describing the pricing. And if something is this expensive HOW can they skimp on meat? Bottom line if you want to spend $ 12 -$ 15 for sub prime sub this is the place. Total rip off!

Where’s the BEEF? You can’t compare this place to a Subway because people who really want good food don’t eat at Subway. You eat at Subway if you are broke! Jersey Mike’s is a good concept gone expensively wrong. They pride themselves on the freshest ingredients and what quality local deli doesn’t? Their primary failing and reason for 2 stars is their price to value ratio. If you just go in for a Roast Beef/Swiss Hero(Reg) chips and a regular drink, you’ll spend almost $ 15 bucks. $ 19 if you get a large Hero. Now if you’re putting on a «substantial» amount of Roast Beef, then there’s not much you can bitch about, but look at their photos, WHERE’S THEBEEF? I can go up the road to any decent Italian Deli and get a Massive Hero where you can share it with a friend and be at your $ 10 buck price point with a drink. I really do like JM’s quality, but the ratios of lettuce to make the hero look bigger to the core ingredients is way off. Yes the quality is fine, but so is Boars Head, and the local Deli’s Roast Beef, or their combos. Everytime I’ve been in to the JM Kisco location, I find it empty, this could be very telling! So JM, you have been warned about your core failing here. I offer you ONE word… Quiznos! Oh, and $ 1.80 for a bottle of water isn’t going to make you any additional friends either. On the upside, the staff is very chipper but it could be that they’re just very happy to see a customer?

Good addition to the town lunch options. It is better than subway but doesn’t compare to an old school Italian deli. Price point is higher than Subway, buy quality is better.

Solid sub. I feel like it is a glamorized Subway. The food quality seems to be much better though. The service is friendly, perhaps a bit too friendly. The guy that served me was very chipper and was trying to be too funny. It seemed like he was just trying too hard to be personable. Overall the food is decent. The regular size will fill you up.

The establishment just opened so things aren’t going to run smoothly so it’s understandable. However with the amount of people that were behind the counter you would think it would move faster. I got there right before the lunch rush and stood in front with only 1 person ahead of me and it took a good 10min even before I told them my order. It’s an odd setup because depending on what you order they make you go either to the left or right. However, they didn’t tell me which way and just took my order, I stood there for a few and eventually asked which way do I go and they told me. Another thing that was troublesome was the part of being Kosher, means you can’t mix Milk and Meat products and so it would mean that even if you were slicing a Kosher product on the slicer, if you contaminate Meat with Milk or vice versa the product is no longer kosher and cannot be consumed. They only have 1 deli slicer so this is an issue for those that might be concerned. Prices are more than subway but you are getting a better quality sandwich. You are better off going to a regular deli in the end if you want fresh cold cut sandwich for less money. I recommend placing the order online if you plan on just picking up.
