The tropical guacamole is the best I’ve had in Westchester! Delicious fajitas and shrimp. An unknown gem.

The menu is extensive. The food fantastic. Jerry provided prompt attentive service. Our favorite(the dirty margarita, get a pitcher) frozen margarita on the bottom and red sangria on top). I had the pollo marie monte. Delicious! Outdoor seating. A new favorite for us. Great pricing.

We sat outside on the front patio under the festive lights and enjoyed a very good meal. The food was very authentic and very good… extremely well priced. The dirty margarita was pretty awesome too. I would definitely come back again.

Had a wonderful experience! Great atmosphere and attentive staff. The salsa could use a little more kick but the frozen margaritas are incredible. The food was AMAZING, I left absolutely stuffed. I’ll definitely be returning

A new restaurant just received their liquor license making this THE restaurant to go to. Everything, and I mean, everything is FRESH — no frozen nonsense here — except for the margaritas that is! The setting is small with a decent sized bar in the back; service is exceptional, friendly and eager to please. I cannot say enough about the food — it’s simply divine. The menu is sure to please as is the brunch and happy hour offerings. In short — You will not be disappointed!

Best breakfast in Kisco! I would prefer this over Diner food any day. I would recommend the eggs and Mexican sausage, but all of it is good.

Very exciting to have some real Mexican flavor instead of the usual Central American blandness that exists in this town. The salsa could use a little more garlic and cilantro. So far I’ve tried the Huevos Rancheros and the Chile Relleno Maya and found them to be the real thing. The homemade tortillas are a nice touch and I can hardly wait to try the tamales. There are new in town and they have a few bugs to work out but good luck to them. I’m very glad they’re here. Viva Patio 3!!!

It’s flying under the radar but not for long! The Patio is everything a diner should be — there’s a HUGE menu, great breakfasts, and a good kid’s menu(complete with drink & a scoop of ice cream for dessert!). The hidden gem at the Patio though: seriously yummy Mexican dishes. The typical American choices are good but the chef just pours love into the moles, flautas, enchiladas, fish tacos and the other Mexican goodies on the menu. I’m still thinking about his enchiladas suizas! When I told our sweet waitress how happy I was, she said, «I’ll tell him — you can kiss him if you like!» My family and will be back for more and I owe that chef a serious make-out session! ;-) P. S. The Patio is one of the most kid-friendly places in the area. The staff is super nice & oh, so tolerant with my(occasionally!) loud little brood! So fill these tables, families!
