First I must say appearance is everything and my first impression walking into this place was that it was so clean you could eat off the floors. I love a place that takes pride in there appearance as well as the taste or their food. Second the staff was so friendly I felt like a regular costumer that’s been going here for years. The lady at the front desk Ying was so helpful, sweet and kind that I almost told her to just order for me. She suggested the coconut shrimp to me and it was perfect. It was so freshly made like it was made especially for me and now I’m hooked. I also tried many of the other Lo Meins with chicken, beef and shrimp and it all gets better the more I try. I recommend this establishment to anyone who has a particular taste in food with a clean environment. I will never stop coming back for more.

Chopstick House serves some great Chinese take-out. This use to be my BF(now hubby) go-to dinner option when he lived nearby if he was looking for a good quick meal after work. They have decent lunch and dinner specials and if you order over a certain dollar amount, you get a free soda. The prices are also very affordable! When we were driving through one day, we opted to stop by and order some lunch. The lunch special comes with your selection and choice of pork fried rice or white rice, and soup(for an extra 75 cents) or egg roll(I believe?) As always, it was as good as we remembered. One weird thing I never understood was how their fried rice was so yellow. At first I was a bit skeptical about that, but that was immediately forgotten after the first bite. The singapore noodles are also a nice favorite of ours. Food is fast, convenient, and tastes great. Chicken and broccoli comes in a good portion of both meat and veggies. If you order from the Eat app, there are coupon codes during the weekend!

Ordered here 3 times now. Always delicious. Fried rice on point. The cheese wonton isn’t as great but still worth ordering. They’re very speedy and always good. I will continue to order here. I even order from the Eat app through Unilocal which is convenient!

I was being lazy tonight and decided to find a Chinese restaurant in Mount Laurel that delivers. After reading the reviews on Unilocal I decided to give this place a try. AWFUL food. The wonton soup had no taste. I’m sure the soup was just hot water with wontons thrown in. Even adding the Chinese mustard didn’t help — down the drain. The fried pork dumplings looked like the noodles were whole wheat as they were a strange dark beige color and although the filling was decent, I couldn’t decide if they were fried or boiled. The sauce was terrible — so sweet — down the drain. The house fried rice was just ok – nothing to write home about but it was edible. What was I thinking. I’ve been getting my Chinese food from Tres Yan and Wu since it opened many years ago. My family and friends come from Voorhees for their food because of its quality. It’s consistently great but it is more expensive. It’s like the old saying«you get what you pay for». Next time I’ll put on my coat when I want delicious Chinese food. The reason I gave it two stars was because it was delivered exactly when I asked for it. I hate to waste money and this was a waste.

It took us a while to find good tasting Chinese food in our area. Once we tried Chopstick house we were done looking. All of the employees are friendly, the food is very good and, more importantly, consistently good!

I have no complaints here. The food is always ready hot and quick. I started ordering from here because I live the Laurel Place condos down the street. If you live close they are a steadfast place to get your Chinese food. I will say I do love their house fried rice because it has large pieces of chicken and shrimp in it. I have had multiple things off the menu and never had any issues. I recommend giving it a try and the staff is extremely friendly.

This is the only place i will go for Chinese takeout. They are quick, consistent, and offer very large portions. My boyfriend adores their pork fried rice and i must say the chicken&broccoli is super yummy. Also, they have the best pork dumplings ever!

I simply will not go to any other Chinese take out spot. I’ve been going here for years, the best in the area!

The best«American» Chinese in the area. I’ve tried multiple Chinese places in the area but found this place and no longer order from anyplace else. They have a convenient online ordering option. Plus they deliver. And it’s cheap.

Was in the mood for Chinese and wanted take out so decided to try this place which is literally at the end of my street. Called it in and picked it up in less then 10 minutes. Got the general tso chicken dinner special and a shrimp and broccoli meal and both were really good and nice and hot and fresh. The pork fried rice with the chicken was pretty good and having a coupon for a free egg roll was a plus! Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Always an enjoyable and freshly prepared meal. I order from here often and they are always kind and courteous from the time you order to the greeting at time of pick up. Special orders are no problem, as I always order all white meat. I highly recommend experiencing this excellent Chinese restaurant for yourself.

Day 2 of my Chinese food cravings, and I picked Chopstick house. My decision to choose Chopstick House came from the previous Unilocalers. First, the website is pretty spiffy. Not sure if it’s common, but this is the first time I’ve seen a website that you could order online. I did choose to order via the phone, and the people I spoke to were very pleasant. I placed my order for General Tso’s chicken and asked them to make it with white meat only. Right away they told me it would be an extra fee of $ 1.00. I was fine with that and I appreciated that she told me this up front. The chicken was good, and the rice was ok. I will never understand why some places put carrots in the fried rice. That is just extremely odd to me. Overall, it was a good experience. I will definitely go back.

Good take-out delivery place! Tried it for the first time today. I’m Chinese-American and prefer authentic Chinese food. Even though this not totally authentic, it’s good American Chinese food that satisfies my palate. The beef broccoli and shrimp with snow peas were delicious. Not greasy. Hot and sour soup is basic but good. The online ordering is super convenient on a snowy day like today. Delivery was in 25 minutes(note we live within 5 miles of the free delivery zone). There aren’t many places that deliver, and the food here is better than average, so I would order from them again.

For a local neighborhood Chinese take-out place… Good food, quick delivery, friendly service and they have great frequent diner program! We order weekly and are never disappointed, the staff always remembers customers by name!

Chopstick House is a great place for reasonably priced and delicious Chinese take out food. What initially made us fans of this place was the neat online ordering interface – they have instant discounts you can apply and give you lots of room to make adjustments to your order.(I can’t believe we cared about this, but it is the truth.) What has kept us coming back is the friendly service provided by the Chopstick House staff and the consistently good chow. When we became vegan, we were devastated that we were no longer going to be able to order hot and sour soup. No problem, said Chopstick House, we’ll make some for you without the chicken or egg in it. They have brown rice as an option(you do have to pay extra) and they are always willing to modify anything they possibly can for us. We regularly order their Bean Curd Homestyle(aka Homestyle Tofu), Eggplant in Garlic Sauce(they modify this for us also – it usually has some kind of animal stock or something in it), and Chow Mei Fun. All vegan, all awesome. The Homestyle comes with lots of veggies and tofu that is the balance of chewy and soft. The eggplant is probably fairly high in fat content, but the garlic sauce is out of this world. The Chow Mei Fun is made with white rice noodles and veggies are sprinkled throughout(mostly broccoli). The noodles are always perfectly cooked. We have also tried to Kung Pao Tofu – we don’t regularly order it because it does not come with any real veggies(1 or 2 pieces of broccoli seem to be added for garnish more than anything else) and just seems excessively fattening(like the french fries of the tofu world), but it doesn’t taste bad. Their Ma Po Tofu has beef in it(which is traditional) and so I have not tried it lately. We plan on asking soon if they’ll make a vegan version for us – we’ll have to post an update to how it goes. My in-laws regularly order Pork Egg Foo Young, General Tso’s Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Beef with Broccoli, and Egg Won Ton Soup. Their reviews range from«pretty good» to «excellent». The inside of the Chopstick House is depressing and small – I would not recommend dining in unless you’re in the mood for something *really* low key. Once we became friendly regulars, they started to throw in free liters of soda and desserts.(The desserts are not vegan, but I don’t have the heart to tell them that. I always find a dairy-eater to give them to.) We have not ever ordered it to be delivered(we always pick up), so I can’t comment on their driver timeliness or anything of that nature. All in all, our dealings with Chopstick House are quintessential and delightful Chinese take out experiences.

I usually order chinese 2 – 3 times a month. Recently, I’ve been having some concerns with my normal favorite chinese food restaurant and thought I would try something different. This place was a bad call. Overall, the food was blah. Not really worth the trip. Think of it as the school lunch of chinese restaurants…
