Some of the best sushi I’ve ever ate! As a pescatarian, and a very picky eater. Their food was delicious and love eating it every now and then!

This is at the top of my sushi restaurants. The food is very fresh! I’ve had both hot entrées, soups, and tons of different sushi. The sushi chefs are amazing and the waitress is so personable, friendly and informative. The ambiance is soft quiet music. Prices are excellent for quality and quantity. Giant menu with plenty of sushi options!

I’m OBSESSED with this place! I’ve been ordering from Asuka for the past few years, and whenever they deliver to you, they arrive way before the expected delivery. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and they always go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy! I always go with a 3-roll combo, or a sushi regular/deluxe. Fresh fish, always well-prepared and a great price. They also have the best lunch deals in the area! Bento Boxes on POINT. They come with a ton of food for an amazing value — Shumai, a Cali roll, soup, salad, rice, AND the entrée. And it’s usually under $ 10. I recommend the Salmon Teriyaki Bento Box, hands down the best Salmon Teriyaki I’ve ever had. As far as rolls go… they have a great white-tuna with jalapeño roll. It’s simple, with a kick of spice, and it’s my favorite roll to order there. They have fun and fancy rolls, like every sushi spot, but what sets them apart is their quality. The fish itself is fresh, and of the best quality you can find. If you’re ordering sushi from anywhere else — especially for delivery — you’re doing it wrong. Asuka is the best Japanese spot in the area.

First time writing a Unilocal review. Asuka has THEE best sushi around. Service is friendly and the kitchen is quick. There’s not a better sushi spot in the area than Asuka. TNT, Galaxy, and Ark Rolls are among the best.

The sushi here is great… if you want to wait two hours for it to arrive. Your best best is to probably order your food when you wake up if you want to have it in time for dinner.

My sister and I split the 3 roll lunch special, and we were both actually FULL for once, compared to other sushi places we’ve been to before. Great value for money here as the rolls were packed with fish and have very little rice. The spicy rolls we got were spicy yellowtail(which we added scallions to), and spicy tuna(which already come with scallions in them). They both had crunchy bits in them which gave them great texture. The lunch specials also come with soup and salad. The salad dressing is perfectly sweet, unlike some bitter ginger dressings I’ve had before. The miso soup is hot and savory and packed with seaweed. Yum. The owner is very friendly too, which makes for a great dining experience. I highly recommend this place. It’s tucked away at the end of a small shopping precinct off Larchmont Blvd and Marne Highway. After you come here, you’ll feel like you’re getting ripped off at the other sushi restaurants!

I love this place. We’ve gotten sushi from there a few times, and each time has been great. Prices are very fair– they are currently still doing 50% off specialty rolls. We haven’t tried delivery, or dined in though. Very happy to have this place right down the street!

Was in the area for lunch. Sushi or noodles? Sushi or noodles? Sushi! Very friendly. Very fresh. A sushi chef prides himself on his skill which can account for taste but they really take pride in their sushi rice. Asuka’s rice was still a little warm, tender and a little sweeter than I expected. It was delicious. Had the Sushi appetizer; 5 pieces, salmon, shrimp, yellow fin, tuna, and yellow tail. So good. Followed with the Crunchy Spicy Tuna Roll. Very good but not as good as the appetizer. I will come here again if I’m in the area. New and clean.

Definitely the best sushi in the neighborhood. Used to go to Wasabi and Megu just to satisfy my craving with satisfactory level sushi. Although Megu used to be an overall decent sushi experience the quality of the sushi and their food has gone down considerably. I have only tried this place for pick-up but I can’t wait to try their dine-in. They have great lunch and dinner combos of sushi and other japanese meals at a great price. Their fish is fresh and their rice and overall sushi and rolls quality is great. Although I have only been there for pick-up the ambiance is modern and clean, while the staff seems attentive and cordial. Although this place does not compare in service and quality to upscale sushi restaurants, it is definitely the best sushi restaurant in Mount Laurel at great prices.

Wish I could give zero stars because that’s what they gave me — nothing. Have been a loyal Wasabi patron since they opened about 7 or 8 years ago. But my wife recently had a few friends recommend trying this place. So for our normal Friday sushi night we figured we would give it a try. Was pretty excited to try some of the interesting rolls on the menu so called in the order. They told me 15 – 20 mins till it was ready. Had my wife stop there about 20 mins later on her way home and she called me asking if I was sure I called that place. Told her what I ordered and they said«oh yeah, we have that order but didn’t put it through yet. Do you still want it?» Reluctantly she said yes, I’ll come back for it in a little bit. We met and ran an errand and all went back to pick up the order. When I went in the girl said we haven’t put it through yet but do you still want it? I don’t know if I’m more upset that they seemed so flustered and incompetent to handle the simple process of taking and making an order(which is what I thought is really the only process in a restaurant) or that I was excited to try something new and instead ended up with no dinner. Either way, I have learned my lesson: Wasabi rules and they are they only ones in town worth the business.

Just found my new favorite sushi spot! Very similar to Wasabi down the street but I think I liked the ambience and food just a little better here! I came in for lunch and tried their seaweed salad and 3-Roll lunch special which comes with a soup and salad which was priced very well, as were most of the special rolls. The seaweed salad was delicious, and before this place was not a huge fan! I got the spicy yellowtail, spicy tuna and shrimp tempura rolls — all delicious! I was impressed with the texture and size of the rolls. In each roll the fish was blended well with the sauce and the fish-to-rice was nice. I also really liked the interior of the restaurant. It’s on the smaller side but decorated well and clean(including the bathroom). Service was great and food came out quickly, granted they were not too busy when I was in there. The owner said they had just opened a few months ago and I have a feeling this restaurant is here to stay!

Amazing sushi rolls for a great price. Try the shooting stars appetizer, you will not be disappointed. The rolls are by no means skimpy. I was worried the 50% off rolls would be small and bland but I couldn’t even finish my meal there was so much food. This is a must for sushi lovers. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Great flavor and very friendly staff. I will definitely be back! My favorites were the samurai roll and the Tokyo roll. Went here again two nights later. The woman remembered us and was so pleased to have us back. Most amazing service! Gave us a free appetizer that tasted amazing! This place is great. You must try it!

Stopped here for lunch last weekend and had a truly delicious meal! We each tried soups(I had seafood soup, hubby the dumpling soup), and we each got 2 rolls. Everything was fresh, yummy and the service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

As of right now this wins best spot for local south jersey sushi. Ever since my usual sushi spot has dropped in quality, I have returned here several times and have not been disappointed. The rolls are large fresh and tasty when you’re in the mood for some pretty good sushi.

I always get the 3 roll combo with your choice of soup or salad. The food is DELICIOUS!!! The restaurant changed ownership recently and the new staff are super friendly and work hard to get to know you as a customer. Everything is always fresh when I order and I always leave pleased with the service and quality of food. The rolls are amazing and I love that they don’t try to skimp on the sushi. Lots of places I’ve been to puts on loads of rice and a little piece of fish to save money on rolls, but not this place! Also rice isn’t sweetened with sugar like some sushi places around the area. 3 rolls and a salad will leave you feeling full and satisfied. While it’s not a fancy NYC sushi place teeming with celebrity chefs, this is a solid restaurant.
