On a few occasions I have had a few awful experiences at this location. One time I was given a broken plastic cup and my beverage spilled all over my car. When I went back to get some napkins and hopefully a new iced coffee, the lady manning the drive thru window not only accused me of attempting to defraud their establishment of $ 1.50 and then refused to give me napkins to clean my car. Another time, I ordered a food item that was supposed to come with hash browns and when I didn’t receive my correct order and brought it to their attention, the worker behind th counter screamed at me and then tried to charge me more money for an item i had l ready paid for. Overall, the staff is rude and inept and I shan’t be giving them my business.

Worst customer service. I asked a question at the intercom and didn’t get an answer to as if they had what I wanted and just got yelled at saying anything else. Then I get to the window and he hands it to me rudely and so I snatched it and he asked again rudely why I would do that and I asked why he wouldn’t answer me at the intercom and he just said about what does anything else mean? I’m sorry, but when I ask you if you have something a yes or no answer is expected not a screaming man saying anything else? Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. Oh, and my food tastes stale.

Stopped in this location, on Sunday to get a iced pumpkin spice coffee around 5:30 pm . The restaurant had two customers that were already served and sitting down . The cashier was not friendly and didn’t smile — I placed my order and asked for milk and Splenda in my iced pumpkin spice Coffee, the cashier wouldn’t even give me eye contact and didn’t answer me, I added on two bananas with my order and said thank you, she took my payment and walked away. Not one single Thank you from the cashier or the man who was walking around behind the counter . Based on the customer service I will not be coming back :(

Cheap ass people run this. Won’t even give you a bag with your order. Once I asked them to throw out a dunkin donuts cup since I didn’t have room in my car for the new one and they refused. Don’t even get me started about asking for ketchup. They screw everything up. I’ll take the further trip to the one on 38.

Stopped here at about 10am on a Saturday. We were on our way to New York and in a bit of a rush. We were greeted by a rude staff member who was basically yelling and rushing us. He was too busy looking around and talking to other workers to get our order right. There was one person waiting for their order, one person behind in line, a single car in the drive through, and 6 people working so there was no reason for him to be so frazzled. Our order was simple, two #5’s(bacon, egg, cheese on bagel with hashbrowns,) a small coffee, and two donuts. I had to repeat my order twice. The only thing that was correct were the donuts, which another employee grabbed. I paid and received my order(kinda). I did not get my coffee and when i asked about it the employee went and got the man who rung us up. He said he didnt charge me for a coffee. Whos fault is that? I had to repeat myself twice, youd think he would have heard it the second time. At this point i was so annoyed i said whatever and left. In the car we opened the bag only to see that to our surprise(not really) they forgot the hash browns! I asked for #5 which has the hashbrowns included. The cashier did not give us a receipt either(didnt even ask if i wanted one) so i could not see what he charged me for. This place really needs to get organized, i wont be returning.

Quick service but rude staff. Ordered some ice coffees early in the morning for a beach trip. No one was behind me in the drive through and I was being rushed and didn’t feel comfortable. While the doughnuts are always tasty and they always get the order right, staff doesn’t make you feel comfortable at all

In comparison to other Dunkin Donuts, I have rated this on 4 stars for their friendly customer service. This location is very clean and relaxing. I find myself popping by and hanging out before or after work appointments when I am in the area. Dunkin donuts in general, I find has better tasting coffee than other more expensive chains. Unfortunately Dunkins lattes and specialty drinks are too sweet/sugary for me. For that reason I find myself going elsewhere for a latte and such. Their doughnuts are awesome as usual, my favorite is a good jelly or Boston cream. There food stuffs like sandwiches and flatbreads are good in a pinch, but not something I want to get when I come in.

I cannot communicate how poor the customer service is here. I’ve put up with it for many years because it was the only game in town close to work. Many of my friends have stopped going because of the rude staff, but I couldn’t part from my hot tea. This morning, however, after being virtually yelled at by an older man at the order board, I am probably not going to return. I get it if you are not all smiles and sunshine, and I appreciate the desire for an efficient drive thru during the busiest times, but to be completely and unnecessarily rude and scold customers as if they are children is unacceptable. Thankfully, there’s a new DD close by and I will be going there from now on.

Having been previously employed by dunkin donuts LLC, I know that it is corporate policy for all employees to wear gloves while preparing any food item in the turbo chef ovens. However, employees at this dunkin donuts feel that does not apply to them and have on 3 separate occasions been caught touching my egg and/or cheese without gloves on. When I ask them to remake my sandwich I get a hard time. When I ask for my money back they will only remake my sandwich. Horrible business, in sanitary and unfriendly. Makes all dunkin donuts look extremely bad. Get it together before you lose more loyal customers.

Worst customer service my family has ever received. They give Dunkin Donuts a bad name. The old man was rude and rushing us. Literally told us to hurry up due to a whopping one vehicle behind us. The food was not marked properly and food was cold and not toasted. He then told us next car so we drove off. The younger lady working there as well was actually very sweet. Never again. Positive comments on here must be family or friends… or the old man was not there.

They don’t even deserve a star. Rude staff… Makes me not want to go to any dunkin donuts. They talk crap about people in a different language, little do they know that other people know what they r saying. They got mad bc I asked for ketchup and napkins… I ordered hash browns, good customer service you would ask your customer if you want ketchup and napkins when you are in the drive through.

I’ll preface this review by stating that I spend a lot on Dunkin Donuts a year — almost $ 2000 worth of coffee and donuts. I’ve been to hundreds and by far, this is the finest run Dunkin Donuts that I have ever been to. It just shows what smart able business owners can do. They are handicapped with one of the most horrible physical arrangements for a Dunkin Donuts there is — it’s in an old bank building on the corner of 2 busy roads — the drive through line, that was designed to handle maybe two cars at a time while a bank, will back up into the lot. Despite that the line never stops moving — for some reason these folks can prepare food four times as fast as most Dunkin Donuts — or rather the other stores have lazy, slow workers, or not enough. I’ll wait less time at this store with ten cars in front of me than others with only one or two. They smartly add workers during the morning rush to handle things quickly. During non-rush hour times I usually stop and go inside. Even during slow times, they hustle with your order behind the counter. If there are two or three customers lined up, the owner hops out from is hidden office lair(he can see the line through his window) and starts getting orders. First rate all around — these guys and girls rock. Don’t be put off by their shortness or rushing you to take your order — they just want to get you, and the others in line behind you, out of the as quick as possible. I’m half asleep anyway so I just want my coffee — fast — and they deliver the goods. I go here so often they know my order and just tell me to come to the window before I can even place it. We go inside most nights for after dinner coffee and maybe a donut and they know our order and start making when they see us walking across the parking lot toward the door.

This is my second time to this location. And it will be my last. I would rather not drink coffee for the rest of my life then spend 10 cents on a coffee here. This staff is so rude, so angry, and the manager yells at his employees as well as customers. Do your self a favor and drive another mile down the road and go to 7 – 11. This is the worst Dunkin in New Jersey.

As we’ve all had Dunkin products, I like to review these places for service, and this place does a great job. My order is always right, products are fresh, and service is pleasant.

The location of this one, is right on corner, great, access to most directions. Even when need to grab quick java, before shore –in summer, my spot to get one. The service is quick, people are personable. Good when you don’t wanna spend 5.00 on just one cup of coffee –Starbucks. A keeper!

Did you know that the Dunkin aspires to be as prevalent physically and in the social consciousness as Starbucks? Can you imagine the number of Unilocal reviews the Dunkin will one day amass? It is a tad worrying that the chain can be personified The Dunkin and most people will understand the topic of conversation. It is bothersome that the main colors on every block will be green, white, pink, and orange. Talk about clashing colors, what about calorie counts? or the fact that there are drive-thrus for lazy-ass mofos who can’t be bothered to get out of their cars and walk a few feet? Maybe Darwin’s theory will become popular again and we will see the supersize-me gluttons waddle to their doom, but until then, this particular Dunkin Donuts makes an awesome Coffee Coolata without fail. I like a treat of treachery once in a while. Sure, it’s just Dunkin Donuts, the chain that is slowly sweeping the nation, clogging arterties one day at a time, but if you’re going to pay for poor health you might as well get a bang for your buck. Or in this case, a wave of coffee flavored goodness. At this Starbu– excuse me, Dunkin, you get your donuts fresh whatever time of day and your coolata melting with flavor. Oh yeah, and for the anti-Darwins out there, there’s a drive-thru.
