Dunkin’ Donuts

Quick service via drive-​thru… but the donuts are TINY. Jelly had three small bites that actually had any jelly. Chocolate glazed looked shrunken. Won’t be going back.

This is our new regular dunkin, as we just moved to the area and it is walking distance from our place. Sad to say, it is below par.
After several visits, I can confidently report that all staff members are less friendly and welcoming than the average DD employee. They also consistently make the coffee with whatever amount of cream & sugar they feel like, regardless of what you ask for (see photo).
That is honestly all that needs to be said-it’s a coffee shop, so if you can’t do coffee right then that just sucks. We’ll go back when we really feel like walking, but any time we actually get in the car we’ll visit another of the dozen or so locations nearby.

Okay, okay. It’s a Dunkin Donuts. But they are not all created equal. Although this location doesn’t have a drive through (or as they love to abbreviate in the fast food world, «drive THRU»), I will almost always choose this location over the more convenient (for my commute) location on Marne Hwy. It’s always clean, and the owner and workers are so friendly. I don’t go to any DD enough to be considered a regular, but whenever I’m there, the owner (manager? I don’t know actually…) greets a bunch of people by name, asks them questions about their family or jobs, and usually knows what they’re going to order the minute they walk in the door. That kind of customer service is always welcome before I’ve had my caffeine fix.

Good coffee, and decent service. Greet you with a smile, and I like that!

This is the one right outside my condo, on the way out, this one about the only that has Caucasian/​Americans working for them., that I have seen. Not that there is anything wrong with others. Found it as an odd entity. Nice parking lot, easy to get in out, next to Italian deli/​gourmet food store. Love their croissants with egg & muffins here.
