This is one of my favorite stores the staff are very reasonable helpful and attentive to all your needs they will work to give you the best deals in area highly recommended. if you’re looking for TV refrigerator stove or microwave there the place to go.

by far the worst service i have ever crossed paths with !!! bad experience !!! ordered appliances 3 m ago still waiting for them!!! never ever ever go hear!!! you will get the run around like you have never seen before, its so crazt that it feels like a joke!!! unreal !!! save your time and money and order online!!! i can’t wait till they close there doors for good!!!

I usually don’t do reviews on anything besides food, but if I get good service I have to speak. P C Richards is a great appliance and electronics store, reminds me of a mix between The wiz and Circuit City. I came here and brought a HDTV and a front load washer. From the moment you walk in the service is above and beyond Best Buy, Lowes, Home Depot, H H Gregg and/or Sears!!! They answered all my questions and concerns and guided me to the perfect fit for my particular needs. Outstanding! I was also informed they service their own tv’s and appliances and that the sales staff and service techs are trained every few months at their head quarters in Carteret, NJ on their latest products. I will be back! Thanks guys!!!

Stop at Best Buy, Sears, or a flea market instead of this slimy pit. I purchased an expensive tv and it broke long before it should. The employees are either incompetent or big fat liars. I say this because the entire repair and subsequent replacement process was unbelievably frustrating. If you decide to enter the store I recommend protective eyewear. They do a lot of finger pointing at each other to place blame on someone else that you may suffer eye injury. Regardless of who I have spoken with about getting the tv repaired, replaced, or delivered, they have demonstrated an amazing ability to throw someone else under the bus for their store’s ineptitude. Two weeks after our tv popped and sent up a puff of smoke, we are still without a tv.

My first visit here. First the good; the price for the TV on sale was within $ 1.00 of the best price offered on the web nationally(I highly recommend the ScanLife iphone app for on the spot price comparisons). Now the not-so-good: This store is based on the commissioned sales model; you’ll notice this immediately when walking through the store, not that there’s anything wrong with that — just some sales people are a little eager. Next, they are not audiophiles or experts in Home Theater, the philosophy is «sell it now»; I say this because I heard remarks like«You don’t need 1080p, 720 is good enough» or sales talk like«this brand is the best» coming from their sales people. If you’re a well informed shopper, you should know more than the sales staff here. Finally, they collect an unusually high amount of customer data when checking out with your purchase — be sure to opt out of spam and junk mail if you don’t want that(or at least try to!).
