Review # 97 in my count down to the big 100: So this is the ONLY Chick-fil-A in Mount Pleasant and so it gets super busy at high traffic times. Especially breakfast and lunch. At times the drive thru will literally wrap around the building. But I will say. Even in the middle of all of the rush and chaos, the employees working here do a fantastic job at making sure everyone gets excellent service. Kudos to you guys for that. If you do happen to go during t the rush hour, I suggest going inside to either eat or take out. A lot of times the drive thru will be packed, but the inside dining room won’t be. I like this place for a quick, go to breakfast place mostly, but have had one or 2 dinners here on a rush. Food wise the quality is consistent to the chain so nothing special to harp on there. Of course I ALWAYS want Chick-fil-A on Sundays. When you can’t have it.

I’ve tried going to CFA and ordering one chocolate chunk cookie before, but they offer an option of a six pack which looks so much better, and I never walk out with one. I’m so weak. The cookies are amazing though. Of course, the real reason to come here is for the chicken. Whether it be nuggetized or sandwiched, the chicken is one of the best out there(non-franchise-chains excluded). As for this location, I came here late in the evening needing to satisfy my daughters craving and the drive through was quick and easy. Customer service was friendly, and you could understand the person talking to you on the microphone, which is always helpful.

I visited this Chick-Fil-A recently after I was given a gift card and I was in the area. It was around 11:30am and there was a line from the Frontage road and into the plaza, which is insane. I’ve never seen a fast food restaurant look so busy. I opted to park in the parking lot of the supermarket and take a stroll into the building from there, and the line inside was to the door. Talk about packed! I understand that a place being this busy can impact the service, but they should be used to it by now, as it seems they’re always very busy. You could actually open up another Chick-Fil-A next door and they would still be slammed. When I finally got to order, instead of the usual friendly service I get at Chick-Fil-A’s around the country that I’ve been to, the lady was very short and not friendly at all. I had to repeat the order several times because she was rushing and not getting it right, and she seemed frustrated. When I went to pay, I handed her the gift card and she said that it wouldn’t work because the«system is down.» The whole purpose of my visit was to use the gift card and they didn’t have a sign posted or anything saying this, and didn’t let me know ahead of ordering. I love the honey roasted BBQ sauce that they have, so I always wait until I receive my food so that I can ask for extra. Upon asking for extra sauce, the guy(who looked like a manager) handed me one packet. I told him that I wanted EXTRA sauce, and he handed me one more packet. They’re so stingy with the sauces! I understand that this is fast food and they were very busy, but Chick-Fil-A typically sets itself apart with customer service, and on this particular day, I saw a total lack of awareness around customer service and a focus on getting people in and out instead. I’ll visit this Chick-Fil-A a few more times and maybe I’ll update this review if I see some changes.

Went here for breakfast and got there at 10:25. Everything except regular biscuits was already out and they said they stop cooking breakfast 5 – 10 before 10:30. Drove and waited in line for nothing. If you don’t serve breakfast til 10:30, then change your sign.

At 6:15am, ordered some chicken biscuits and a sweet tea. Told to pull off, that it would be a 10 minute wait.

This place is turning into strictly a money bags ownership model. They changed their nice big ketchup cups to the typical little plastic rip’em open packets. I ordered a chicken, egg, and cheese bagel this morning… Look at my picture!!! The chicken, egg, and cheese was literally half of the bagel. It was 2 big bites, 3 if you have a small mouth. So disappointed. I used to have breakfast here twice a week at least. I’m done. They can find another sucker.

Love this location. Even when it’s super crowded they have extra attendants outside to help speed the process.

It is my pleasure to present you with a review of this fine establishment. My first job in life was at a Chick-Fil-A and I took that ish seriously. So when I visit a Chick-Fil-A I have sky-high standards. Not to mention, my best friend works for corporate to this very day. I expect things to be done by the book. The service and food here are great. However, the drive-thru is a bit of a pain. During my last visit, they skimped on the sauces. Chick-Fil-A, I want like 10,000 sauces for my 8-piece nugget… not two. In all seriousness, you can’t go wrong with this location. I highly doubt you would ever leave here disappointed. Pro Tip: Combine the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.

As a parent with respectable acumen in the kitchen, I feel like a failure visiting a fast food establishment… except at Chick-fil-A! Here, they can enjoy grilled nuggets — as opposed to various chicken parts blended together and emulsified in chicken fat and stamped out in a homogenous shape before frying in a vat of chicken fat. Also, we can opt for fresh chopped fruit instead of fries. After all that nutritious food, the monkeys can burn off a few calories in the community inoculation playpen(with onsite hand sanitizer). While I don’t see eye to eye with some of their policies like closing on Sunday among others — I want the Lord’s chicken available to me 24 – 7, I can really get behind some of their other initiatives such as to ensure family farmers have access to markets with less exploitation… plus, I know they take good care of their employees too(Sundays off, scholarships, promotion tracts…).

This is my resident Chick-fil-a. It’s the one I go to on an almost weekly basis. This is where most people would say a Chick-fil-a is a Chick-fil-a; you know pretty much what you’re getting. I would agree accept this is a SPECIAL Chick-fil-a, not just because they now know me by name, but that it’s a test market location. So they offer a few items that most Chick-fil-a locations don’t. I just looked on their website and saw that they currently only have 52 locations in 4 states offering these new items they’re testing out. So I feel pretty lucky that my Chick-fil-a is one of them! A few months ago, I first noticed they were offering peach iced teas and cranberry lemon limeades. I’ve tried both and while I thought the peach iced tea was good, I keep going back to the cranberry lemon limeades. They’re pretty sweet(maybe a little too sweet) and really tart but so good! They also offer three flavors of smoothies: pineapple mango, berry acai and strawberry orange. I’ve only had the pineapple mango but I will definitely work my way through the other flavors. I like that they’re a smaller size and you can even add spinach or carrot if you want that added nutritional boost. And just yesterday, I saw where they’re now offering Iced Frappes! Oh my word, yes please. And now a salted caramel frappé is calling my name.

It’s a fried chicken sandwich, on a buttered bun, with a pickle. I just don’t understand the obsession. I’ll stick to eating a nice beefy burger. Someone has to stand up for the chickens. Eat more cow! Sorry, not sorry.

ok, believe it or not, the busiest restaurant in Mt Pleasant. Don’t come here for lunch, it’s a madhouse. Employees in the parking lot taking orders, can’t get out of parking lot. But best chicken sandwich ever, ever ever, by far. There’s a reason for the crowds

Oh, my gosh!!! How could anyone not be thrilled with this particular Chick-Fil-A!!! It is awesome — the food always fresh, the staff so friendly and helpful. Just try to go there for lunch –the cars line up around the building and out into the street –so, as not to have folks wait too long, they have come up with a great idea — staff are outside to take and place your order — you just do straight to the window, pay and pick up – It really keeps cars moving. Great job – my hat is off to them. They have the friendliest«window» staffers — they know my name — that always impresses me –Thanks, Dawn, Leslie & Monica. Liz Loadholt

I like Chic-Fil-A! We used to frequent this particular establishment for a quick lunch. This is pretty much the same across the board, but I do recall this particular location as being very clean.
