A loud shout out of Thank to the Computer Elfsfor setting up my CRM. I represent different companies so I needed my CRM to be customized to send emails from different addresses. Sounds simple enough. Well after spending hours stumbling through a new system and trying to utilize their«customer service» options, my new tool was far from efficient, costing me precious time. Computer Elfs to the rescue. They made everything I need to happen, happen with a quickness. If you find yourself in a frustrated state with a computer or program that just won’t do what you want it to do, your best bet is to hire these guys and get back to the business at hand in no time.

Computer Elfs will always be my first call for any future IT issues and they should be yours as well. Chris from Computer Elfs was prompt for the appointment, very pleasant to deal with, and diagnosed the issue as being a comcast issue. for over 6 frustrating months, i had been calling comcast directly with the same issue that never got resolved. 30 minutes later, Chris figured out the problem and gave me written notes for the comcast technician to expedite the fix. i can’t say enough good things about Computer Elfs — they will exceed your expectations!

Thanks to Computer Elfs for 2 weeks of hard work getting my desktop up and running again. Started with a days worth of «blue screens of death» a week ago last wednesday. After trying to fix remotely, they were here right away to fix onsite. Computer worked fine till the following Monday, then started again. They took computer offsite, to reinstall Windows, which I wanted to avoid at all costs, as that normally costs me a week of downtime reinstalling or configuring all my software, settings etc. In fact, when support people have suggested I do that over the last 30 years, I usuall hang up on them. Turned out to be a bad motherboard and memory. Very impressed with Computer Elfs for these things: 1. Even though we’re clearly NOT their only client, you’re always treated that way. 2. They handled the warranty service with Dell, ordered the parts, made the appointment, met with Dell, got the service handled and made sure the computer was working properly. 3. Even though Windows had to be reloaded, they took extra pains to copy every possible setting, file, document and configuration possible so it literally took me less than 15 minutes to get my machine back to where it was before it crashed. Admittedly, we run new equipment, we update regularly, we keep Computer Elfs on retainer to do their thing, and we treat our computers like cars that are well taken care of but Computer Elfs are like that neighborhood mechanic that was always there when your car would inevitably, no matter how much love you showed it, always break down. If you’re self employed, you can’t have a better IT company in your tecchie corner.
