Marshalls

I’m torn right now between giving this place a 3 or 4 star. They have a decent selection of clothing and I can usually find what I’m looking for after digging through. The store is always organized and clean which is great! I’ve never had to wait in line for very long as they always grab extra cashiers if the line gets busy. Staff is friendly and always courteous. The only reason I suppose 4 stars is not warranted due to the dressing rooms. THEY DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE DRESSING ROOMS. They have one large fan going at the back but as the dressing rooms are like a hall way, it does absolutely nothing. It’s 95 degrees outside and I wouldn’t be lying if I said it was 80 in the dressing room. It makes me not want to try on clothes because it’s ridiculous. It was like this last time I came here so I thought that the air must of been out… come to find out that’s how it is after asking an employee. Seriously need to fix this. I was not the only one irritated by this. I could hear others in different rooms complaining as well. Please fix this as we live in the south and a fan isn’t going to cut it. Other than that I do like this store

Over the years, I often found cute, trendy and reasonably priced casual wear for me (and great ties for my hub) so I was obviously disappointed when there was nothing that appealed to me today. I also noticed that something was different about the clothing mix in both the men’s and women’s departments.
If you’re an activewear shopper, you’ll be thrilled as Marshall’s has already expanded and will continue to increase its on-​the-​floor inventory as well as the product lines they carry of sports and exercise-​related clothing to compete with the arrival of Dick’s, Athleta and the soon to open Nordstrom Rack. As for me, this was not a plus. I’m feeling frustrated :(

Middle of the day and middle of the week in the middle of January and this store has 6 cash registers going at once with a line of people waiting to checkout. Must be doing something right!
Good selection of home goods and clothing. Name brands at affordable prices. You could not do better really.

This Marshalls is so big and clean. I couldn’t believe how tidy it was. Whomever is in charge of merchandising this store should be commended. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for even before I knew I needed it ;)

I am not much of a fashion person person and therefore don’t really shop for clothing too often, but when I do I like a good deal. I had an event coming up and needed a nice shirt for it so I decided to drop into Marshalls to see if they had something; they did not disappoint. I was able to find a nice Ralph Lauren Polo dressy shirt for $ 39.99 here which would have cost $ 109.99 on the manufacturer’s website and probably just slightly less at their outlet store; it seemed like a great deal to me. I was pretty impressed by the other selection of name brand clothing that Marshalls had as well; and they had a good selection of shoes and other household items too.

I must say that I love a good deal and I always tend to find them at this location. They have the largest stock of any other I’ve been to and that includes the mens section as well. A few years ago I even bought a couple of my favorite furniture pieces from here. The two items cost me $ 1000 but were originally marked down from a total of $ 2300!
I’m kind of a shoe junkie as well and they do have mens shoes here, unlike many other similar stores. The selection has gone downhill on mens shoes quite a bit over the past years but I can still find a steal from time to time.
The store is always clean, well organized, full of product, and the staff are always courteous and helpful.

I went here yesterday with a friend who was visiting from out of town and staying in MTP. My husband and I just bought a house recently, so I wanted to check out the Home Goods area for things for the house. It’s a really nice store– half of it is like a Marshall’s and the other half is like a Home Goods. MUCH better selection of home items than the West Ashley Marshall’s too! The clothing area is comparable to other Marshall’s stores, but everything seemed very clean and up to date.
If you need to decorate a home or apartment on the cheap, definitely check out this store! They also have a lot of interesting cooking products and a ton of gluten-​free baking mixes and things like that if you’re gluten free (I have a friend who is).

This is a Marshall’s and a Marshall’s HomeGoods combined store. I have always had great luck finding nice items at bargain prices when shopping here. The store is usually very clean and items are on the racks where they are suppose to be… this is a problem I’ve found in many other Marshall’s stores. The only real issue I ever have had with the store is that I think a lot of the items in the HomeGoods area are overpriced. Marshall’s also has the best gift items and personal items from cell phone chargers to colognes to ipod speakers. Great store… and their sister store TJ Maxx is only steps away which is also nice.

This is one of the more clean and well organized Marshall’s /​Home Goods.
The sections are clearly marked and spacious and the prices are very well identified. The cashiers were fast and efficient. Overall, I was able to walk right to where I need to be, find the items I was seeking and pay quickly.
This was a very good shopping experience.

Hit or miss on selection, but better overall because of the Homegoods component. Great place to find deals on everything from clothes to furniture.

Decent Marshall’s/Homegoods. I love Homegoods for all my *gasp* home goods shopping needs! You find everything from kitchen aprons to champagne glasses to cashmere blankets here. Great prices!

I’m a bargain shopper, which is a good thing, because I like to shop. A lot. TJ Maxx and Marshalls are among my favorite places. This Marshalls is, as the name «Marshalls-​Mega» would imply, GINORMOUS. I love it. You can find almost anything here. It’s one of the best places to go to find gifts for a wide range of people, not to mention for yourself. ;)
