The worst Dunkin Donuts in Pennsylvania and quite possibly anywhere. Slow doesn’t begin to describe their speed. They can not seem to remember anything. Today was the last day I ever go there.

I would give this place zero stars if I could because of the attitude of the staff. They got my order wrong 4 times and then cursed at me when I politely corrected them. Never in my life will I go back there. These employees are some of the trashiest people I’ve ever come in contact with and the manager has no control over them. If you curse at a customer you should be fired on the spot. I have no idea what’s wrong with these people.

Service has always been off, now is just mean and slow. Avoid this dump, go to the Dunkin in Swiftwater. They allow obnoxious children to run the store here.

I know how i like my coffee and know what it taste like and when i ordered the large 4⁄4 hot coffee, it definitely was not the way i like it. It tasted as if the coffee has been in the pot for a while and tasted nasty. I would not recommend this DD until they start switching out old coffee so customer get the same fresh coffee experience every time.

RUDE service! We went there for just two donuts and a couple hot chocolates, and no matter how LOUD we were, the woman through the speaker couldn’t hear us. Then we pulled up, she blamed us saying we didn’t speak loud enough. She was being VERY rude and we knew it wasn’t us because we couldn’t make out a damn word she said EITHER! They also once gave us vanilla instead of chocolate. BAD Dunkin Donuts, the WORST!

The service is FRIENDLY… I’ll say that… Here’s the«bad stuff»: Like other reviewers, I can NEVER get my drink to taste the same — EVENTHOUGH I ORDERTHESAMESIZEANDTHESAMEICEDCOFFEE every time I come here. Flavored medium iced coffee — 8LIQUIDSUGARS OK – 8 not fricking 3 not 6. 8. IF I SAY8 — - I MEAN8. DONOT use **YOUR** discretion as a worker to tell me what MYDRINK is «supposed to» taste like. I’ve never gotten the coffee the same sweetness ever here. Sometimes it ISRIGHT— sometimes it’s OVERsweet— which I can fix with more cream or the ice melting(usually). But it is annoying to have some cashier make a «judgment call» and not put in the amount of «sugar» you say. The ONLY other«explanation» to this is the machine or pump malfunctions and never measures out the same amount— AND even then, that MIGHT be human error(so once again, the cashier or cook is to blame). When my coffee is made right, however… I am very pleased!!! I often get coupons in the paper to use here, too.

I order from this location multiple times a week. Always a large carmel iced coffe, light ice, extra cream and 5 pumps of liquid sugar. Today I have finally given up on this location. Whats the point of specifying anything when its ignored. My drinks taste completely different every… single…time. Sometimes they ignored the light ice request and I have nothing but ice and watered down coffee. Most times its way too bitter and tastes like black coffee with no sugar at all and every once in a while its perfect. I dont understand how my drinks are so different everytime and why they arent the least bit sweet most often, when I specify 5 pumps of liquid sugar and the carmel swirl is already sweetened from what I understand. So frustrating to spend almost $ 3 on a drink that isnusually disgusting to me and I have to stop at a convenient store to add sugar. Yes I drink it too sweet but thats my preference and when its not even slightly sweet, thats terrible service. Sorry for the rant lol

I’m a fan of this Dunkin’ Donuts. Any DD that has a drive-thru gets extra points in my book. Every time I have ever been here, the service has always been pretty quick and the finished product always tastes great. We also stopped in the other day and we had these coupons we bought in NJ — not sure if this location would honor them but they did. Pretty impressed by that. Nor sure if it’s open 24 hours.

Dunkin Donuts rocks. This place is no different. They have a drive thru which is great. I dinged it one star because the employees could have been friendlier.

A little chaotic when it is busy, but great, friendly service. :) When he heard there was a mistake in our order, the manager gave us the missing item for free.

Oh my, I hadn’t had Dunkin’ Donuts since I was a kid and I was excited about biting into one of their twist rolls and had the shock of my life — well, not whole life, just donut life — these are not donuts or anything like them. They are sugar filled air! It’s a shame that younger people will think this is what a real donut is because what they are serving up as donuts these days is little more than crap on a stick.

What can one say about the products? It’s Dunkin Donuts-same basic crap everywhere. The coffee is good here, but being the only coffee game in town {or at least within a few miles}, the service is EXCRUCIATINGLYSLOW…

On a cold, rainy day after a red-eye flight from California to Laguardia and in the middle of the drive from New York City to Ithaca, Dunkin’ Donuts in Mount Pocono hit the spot. We finally needed to stop for some breakfast just after getting on the 380. We saw a sign for Dunkin’ Donuts and pulled off. If I ‘d known at the time that it was three miles from the interstate I would have kept going to a more convenient location. Oh well, the breakfast sandwich and donut holes were yummy and the coffee was hot. What more can you ask for? I just wish I’d known that there were Waffle Houses around Scranton, I so would have saved myself for that.
