Foxfire Condominiums Assoc

I’m up in Mt. Pocono on a house-​hunting trip and looked at Foxfire Condos as a possible place to stay the next year or more.
The pictures prepared me pretty well for what the condos looked like, but upon pulling up to the property I was still impressed.
Their landscaping was well cared for and there was a worker painting the buildings. They have several large units, each are three stories and have a shared enterance.
I was lucky because the property manager had a unit that was opening up just in time for my moving time frame, but generally they’re pretty packed — and I understand why now.
They have a nice gym and a great pool, a tennis court and other ammenities and it’s all only $ 20 (or was it $ 25?) a month extra, which is really chump change for the quality of it all… in my opinion!
I also love the location! If you exit the property and turn right and go straight, you end up in the Walmart parking lot! This might be bad for some of you, but for me it’s great.
There’s also a large shopping plaza right next to the condos with a Subway, chinese place, grocery store, etc.
The unit that I was shown was large for what I’m used to. As a bachelor who generally rents a room, a room and a living room was a bit intimidating to me, heh, but it’s a nice place and if I choose Foxfire I know I’ll be happy.
