Doug mounted my tv and setup my receiver to my home speakers. He did exactly what I needed and helped me understand upgrades available without trying to pressure me into anything. Doug by far went above and beyond to be accessible for me during off hours because that’s what was convenient for me. Also, his rate was by far cheaper than every other place I contacted. He did great work for a very fair price and answered all of my many annoying questions via email very promptly… I am more than pleased.

Great communication – very professional. I used Buchan to wall-​mount a TV onto a plaster wall – they sold me the bracket and mounted the TV for me. The price was very reasonable, and the service was very professional. They showed up when they said they were going to, worked quickly and professionally, and explained everything they were doing. I would definitely use them again for any further projects and would recommend them to anyone.

Doug was a pleasure to work with. He worked super hard installing our home theatre that took a couple days due to minor complications! He was so open to giving us advice on technology and knowledgable about his craft and the technology. We love our new home theatre and refer all our friends to Doug! Doug was SUPER to work with. He is very knowledgeable, professional and reliable. We thought we only needed him to mount our TV and hook up or receiver, come to find out our receiver was ancient and needed to be replaced. Doug did all the research and found something in our price range. He came back to reinstall, and has continued to follow up to make sure that we are satisfied. We will be using his services again.
