I used JC to refinance my house a couple of months ago. The whole process went really smoothly. All though I never had face to face contact with Bill, who handled our refi, he kept in close contact via email and kept us up to date on everything. The time from submitting the paperwork till he had approval from the finance company was 1.5 days and he apologized it took so long. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Avoid J C Financial at all costs! I found them b/c I went to
and it was listed as the lowest rates for a mortgage refinance and well… there’s a reason why. Every step of the process was difficult with them, first I didn’t receive the paperwork and then they said they’d re-send and never did and when I called them they said that it was b/c they fired the lady who was in charge of that. Classic. And it went downhill from there. I don’t want to get into it, but if this review can save just one person from going with them (I Unilocaled them before I went with them and found nothing) and having another terrible experience, then it’s worth it.
