Bagels are hot and fresh. The people behind counter have no clue what they are doing. We had our order completely messed up. Had to wait another 20 minutes for him to redo. I would only come back if they had more competent staff.

Nice selection but a little light in color. The bialys are not supposed to look like a regular bagel either. They are supposed to be flatter. Definitely not comparable to a good NYC one.

Poor service continues here. The food is good but they can never get the orders right. Check your food before you leave. It is the cook. The orders are written correctly.

Great bagels. I love the vanilla French toast. Coffee is always fresh. Very nice staff. Clean. They make a really great chicken cutlet, too. The rye bagels are a favorite of mine and my mom loves the sesame flagels.

It’s a great bagel place, which there are many of on LI. The place is up to date inside and very clean. Staff is nice and fast but the real reason I am finally writing a review after years is because they have Udi’s gluten free bagels now! They are individual packaged from Udi’s and delicious. When I went with the hubby I resolved that is wouldn’t be able to get anything until I spotted that yellow packaging. If I was celiac I still wouldn’t trust a bagel place because there is no way to avoid cross contamination. I appreciate this place having a GF option!

Great selection of Bagels which are very large, tasty and softy in the middle, I personally love their Egg Sandwiches, delicious side dishes with your sandwiches, all made so fresh, great service and the owner is very friendly.

Nice new location nestled in the middle of the Turning Point Commons shopping center just west of the Heritage Diner.
Bagels are large with a nice bite on the outside and soft & chewy on the inside. Better than other Strathmore Bagel locations. I passed 3 or 4 other bagel shops to come here but now that I’ve tried them this location is my favorite.
Veggie cream cheese is very good and sausage, egg & cheese sandwich was large and satisfying (I could only finish half!).
