Coastal Farm & Ranch

Only problems when entering this store. The customer service is unbelievable. The workers at the front counter are never helpful or friendly. I have never gone into this store and walked out without a problem. The people working at the counter never have an answer on what to do and make it your fault. They only know how to stare at you until you walk out. There is only one employee I like in the entire store.

This store has the worst return/​exchange policy i have every seen from a business. I purchased a pair of boots around the 15^th of December for a xmas gift. The boots were around 115 $ They were out of the right size so i got a different pair thinking they may fit and if not the gift recipient could just exchange them after xmas for the correct size. BOY WAS I WRONG! They took the boots in around the 1^st of January with a gift receipt, and was told they would have the size in within two weeks and would issue a gift card for the boots so they could just come in with the gift card and get the correct size. Two weeks later they still didnt have the correct size boots (size 8 pretty standard size) so they asked if i could take the gift card in and talk to someone and just get the money and go buy the boots somewhere else. I was happy to accommodate. I went in and was told it would take them two weeks to get the boots in. I said i would rather just have the money so i could go else where and purchase them. I was speaking with two managers. Neither of them had the «authority» to issue a cash refund. They called whoever has the «authority» and told me they were off until Monday. I spend at least 500 $ at this store a year buying work boots, carhartt clothes, pet things, and lawn and garden supplies. I would think its not that big of a deal to refund a customers money after a month of them trying to exchange a product but apparently not. I will not be spending another cent at this establishment.

This is the only location of Coastal Farm & Ranch that I’ve been to and a grand location it is. I believe it’s an old Walmart location. The parking lot is huge (there’s never a problem parking a trailer here) and the store itself is enormous.
They carry just an exhaustive inventory of livestock related products, men’s women’s and children’s clothing, hardware, tools, welding and automotive equipment, farm equipment, tack, feed and supplements, cowboy boots, work boots, Muck and Bogs boots, fireplaces, fencing, dog houses, buckets, gardening supplies, rubber flooring, seasonal items … and more.

If you are a fan of country living this is the store for you. From animal supplies, to clothing, to home décor to hearth supplies to ammunition, this place is the place for you. I live in a suburb right now but there is plenty of use for some of the stuff they sell here. Also, they have a line of western wear if you are interested.
