Waiting 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment time is unacceptable and yet it seems to be the norm here. Staff members talk loudly about other patients and curse right outside of exam rooms! I am never going back and would never recommend them to a friend or family member.

Sent here from the local emergency room. Doctor was very nice. However, the staff have been awful. No follow up contact about tests. When we call for an update, after we jump through their horrible ivr phone system, they’re really nasty and just pass you around to another extension. Have yet to ever be called back, after two voicemail messages pleading for a response. It’s difficult to watch your loved one in so much pain and you can’t get anyone to respond to you and just act like you’re bothering them.
