Overpriced, but tasty food. The sandwiches are the main attraction in my opinion, and they certainly are very good. Everything else is on par with other restaurants (except the pricing).

This place is amazing! If you are out and about in this neck of the woods you MUST stop here for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
A correction though… the address is incorrect in Unilocal.The address is 2009 South Shady Street, Mountain City, TN. Phone number is correct though. Also, it’s a restaurant, not a drugstore.
I had the Hillbilly Philly which they told me is their best seller.
My father-​in-​law has had the french toast here and he said it was incredible. But when I chatted with the waitress about the french toast, she said the pancakes are even better.
So check out this amazing, small business restaurant.
