This review is not to comment on the quality of dental work or care done in this office. Whatever i had done was done professionally & to my satisfaction. My problem I ran into with this office is that they do not respect their own quotes. I’m well aware that some extra charges can be encountered in any procedure, I felt they actually failed to disclose things they knew from the git-go. I had a back tooth slowly going bad. It anchored my partial. I asked how much to remove it and make new partials to replace them. He first recommended implants. That would be over $ 9000. That was waaay over my budget. He then agreed he could do partials again. He quoted me $ 2500. I could handle that. Let’s go. He removed my anchor tooth.(the first step) When I went back to get my impressions he said not yet. I had an infection in my gums & teeth & gums needed scraping.(off the quote) I said well what IS this going to cost? New quote $ 4500. We did the scraping.(I had no chewing teeth now) I went back & again I needed another procedure. I said I had a quote for $ 2500. He said, almost aside, «Yeh, well there’s a few steps between here & there». He wrote out another quote. By now I was curious how many times & how differently I could be quoted. This one was $ 7200 from that point. I was back to $ 9000! Now I chew with my front teeth.(You get used to it) The comment above & common sense made me feel he knew from the first exam what, exactly had to be done. That the purpose of the quotes was to get me stuck by removing that tooth. The next step was to rack up procedures. I felt like I was negotiating in a car dealership. A place where I would expect this kind of approach. I know it’s my mouth & that he’s not responsible for owning It That’s not my complaint. I’m saying, if you quote me, make it honest & stick to it.
