Roger’s Deli… the only place in my neighborhood to get breakfast(that’s not one of the Google Cafeterias). Walking in for the first time threw me for a loop. On the right you see a row of fridges with cold drinks and a line of computers. Grab your beverage of choice and type in your order in one of the computers. Solid selection of breakfast items(omelets to pancakes to breakfast sandwiches) as well as a seemingly endless selection of deli sandwiches. Once you grab your receipt, head to the register to pay. Don’t forget to check out the giant pile of bacon they keep on hand at all times kept behind the register… and I mean GIANT. Makes you wish you had added bacon to everything you ordered just to see if you could’ve made a dent. Omelets are pretty decent. As expected they’re generous on the bacon. ^_^ Avoid the coffee at all costs, especially the flavored brews. They definitely taste like they were brewed at a lower temperature than coffee actually wants to be brewed at. Brown water with artificial flavoring(if you grab the flavored coffee). I hope their donuts are pretty damn good. They’re the most expensive donuts I’ve seen outside of those super hipster $ 5 for a donut the size of your face with maple glazed pork products and enough glaze to give you diabetes places in the city.

We came for breakfast on a weekday. Business was brisk. I would describe the atmosphere as organized chaos. I found it a bit difficult to figure out the order and pick up process. It seemed to happen all up and down the counter. Staff was very friendly and everyone looked like they were doing meaningful work. Save your receipt after ordering. When they call your number they will ask to see your receipt to check the correctness of the order. Cleanliness is ok. I did not use the bathroom but the inside seating area seemed clean enough. Inside seating is somewhat limited, outside seating is more abundant. The food is pretty good. We ate breakfast stuff. It was all good. I had a breakfast sandwich and wife had omelette. Menu is varied and you need to look up and down the counter to see other available choices that are printed out and taped to various sorfaces of the counter area. The doughnuts were above average. As a matter of fact, they were pretty darn good! You bought your coffee cup and then went to the service area to fill your own cup. They had several different varieties of coffee. I tried two different kinds. I found the coffee to be a little weak. Parking seems adequate. This is really more of a place for take-out. As I said earlier there is inside and outside seating available. Because this is in a commercial/industrial area you see a lot of people come in for take-out from offices, construction sites, and Moffett Field. If I were in the area I would come back. It’s good here. Fast. So many choices. I am pretty much stuck on the turkey club dutch crunch. The bacon can be a little overwhelming, though. Weirdly they will put grilled hotdogs into a cold sub, and add bbq sauce on their cheesesteaks by default. Their donuts are a little too sweet. Everything is really fresh, though… You can’t ask for more out of a deli counter.

Food is five stars(great taste, huge portions for a low price). Their service can be subpar when they’re slammed on the weekend and you have to order your food, donuts and drinks at three separate places which is inefficient.

Great donuts and breakfast sandwiches to take on the go! Pricing is economical. Their service is really quick too. I ordered an ultimate breakfast sandwich plus avocado on dutch crunch bread. So filling! My only wish is that the egg patty was not so dry. Maybe I’ll try asking for eggs over medium… Did I mention their donuts are really good?

I’ve only been here once but I will definitely be coming back! Having the word«Deli» in the name made me think«boring» in my head, which made me hesitant to give it a try. When I see«deli» I think cold sandwiches with non-fresh meat, even though most good delis have hot food and sometimes non-cold-cut meats). The only reason I ended up giving this place a shot was because I got a nasty cold and needed to find a place with soup nearby. This place came up first so I figured what the heck. I was browsing the menu and was excited to see all-day breakfast plates and omelettes, and at very good price points($ 6 – 7). Soups also started at $ 2! I put in my order for a bacon omelette, requesting avocado as an addition, and a large soup($ 3), thinking that the soup volume must be really low since it was so cheap. When I went to pick up my order, the staff were generally friendly and warm. They didn’t have chicken noodle soup that day, so I asked the guy for his recommendation and he said liked the beef barley. Having tasted it later at home, I can say it was a good decision. Also the soup sizes were not smaller than you’d expect; the $ 3 large cup was definitely not skimpy. The bacon omelette also came with a side of potatoes and thick slices of toast, which makes the overall value even better. I didn’t even get charged extra for the sliced avocado they added on top, sweetening the deal even more! The omelette was tasty and quite sizable, especially with the potatoes and toast. I ended up eating half and enjoying the rest with the soup for dinner. All in all, this place is a great value with wonderful breakfast items. I’ll have to come again and try their sandwiches!

Donuts — A-okay Chocolate muffin — Great! Had a little brownie consistency, giving it a nice chewiness Vegetarian sandwich — For $ 8 this seemed pricey. The avocado was minimal — maybe half an avocado for a full sandwich and was not spread evenly. I asked for no mayo, the person making the sandwich took this as add triple the amount of yellow mustard. basically the mustard masked the flavor of everything else in the sandwich. The dutch crunch was okay, asked for this to be toasted which made a good difference. Would return for the chocolate muffin, maybe breakfast food(they have pancakes, eggs and etc). Will not come back for sandwiches.

This has become my go to spot for whenever I’m craving a delicious BLT or Turkey Club. Everything tastes fresh and the bacon is extra crispy as it should be! The only downfall is at times they do charge you extra for certain toppings. The first time I ordered jalapeños and they were 25¢ extra. Then today, I asked for everything but no tomatoes but they also left out the peppercinis. Other than that, the sandwiches here are amazing!

I came back to try my order again, because who knows, maybe they were just having an off day. After order the same meal, I was pleasantly surprised that the meal I ordered was exactly the way I wanted. The food at Roger’s is good, convenient, and relatively quick. I am happy to say I plan to return for my breakfast and lunch days. But I’ll still remember to check my order before leaving with take out, just in case…

I enjoyed the chicken breast sub on Dutch crunch bread. Very good and inexpensive. The service is not the reason to go, the food is the reason to go! Servings are big, whether you get a sandwich or a donut.

Sammiches are stellar. And not that processed, watery, mushy stuff you get at something like Togo’s…rather these are like the sandwiches your favorite uncle who worked at the deli made. Piled high with meat and fixings. Tons of bread options. Everything is fresh and made to order. Only complaint? See my picture of this place… it is usually PACKED! Easy to see why…

Roger has a pretty good thing going here. Decent location, plenty of parking, oh and did I mention great food? I came in here the first time because I found it on Unilocal under«Donuts» but I soon found there is so much more to Roger’s than donuts. Are the donuts good? Yes, in fact they’re better than good! I’m kind of a donut snob and I keep coming back. Sometimes I don’t get donuts though… they also make a mean omelet(I recommend the Roger’s Omelet) and a damn good breakfast sandwich(SO many to choose from). There’s a coffee station so you can buy a cup or a refill for your travel mug and out the door you go. Donuts are donuts and what I like you may not but the few varieties I’ve tried have been great. Light but dense, cakey but not brick like with just the right amount of icing. Now the Omelet… All I’ve had is the Roger’s and it’s pretty much a Denver plus tomato(which I leave off) and three slices of your favorite cheese. Mix and match. Sourdough toast and a pile of hash browns round out your breakfast and you’ll be a happy camper! If I had to pick something to be picky about it might have to be that they pack your toast inside the box with the rest of your food and it gets soggy before i get to work. Still a 5 star experience for sure! I will and have been back.

We’ve picked up sandwiches from Roger’s Deli the last three Sunday’s. We’ve ordered the turkey club, hot pastrami, BLT, and chicken deluxe. Chicken deluxe has by far been my favorite. Arriving between 1−2pm on a Sunday seems to be a good time for lunch, as the food has only taken 10 mins or less with no line! I’ve read other reviews saying that their ordering system is confusing. In my opinion, the system they’ve set up there with three different lines is so smart and speeds up the time you have to wait for food. They can start making your food while you’re paying. It definitely was not rocket science to figure out which line to go to first. The workers were very pleasant each time. My only advice is to make sure you ask for any extra condiments like onions and pickles on your sandwiches. They do not automatically come on the sandwich, only lettuce and mayonnaise, and maybe mustard.

Sandwich shops watch out! Roger’s Deli is a tasty contender that gives you more sandwich for your money! The Rueben is a must try. The meat is tender, moist and perfectly seasoned. I also like how they pair the Reuben with pineapple. Very unique but it works!!! The portions are pretty big too. My tummy and wallet are happy. Definitely give this place a try. :)

Great for a quick sandwich! Breakfast is your classic omelette with various choices and bread. Their potato salad is light yet well flavored. The one thin you will notice as soon as you walk in is the pastries/donut trays. Their croissants are bigger than normal and they aren’t as crispy as they should be, however the flavors are there. Try the Roger’s omelette and their big cinnamon roll.

It’s like a slice of the bay area right here. Crowded. Diverse. I spied a bunch of techies, Air Force(thanks for your service), civilians, cyclists done with their rides, stoners, and even a dude wearing a white NASA jumpsuit(he looked young, so he kind of looked like he was a week late for Halloween). The prices are relatively cheap for breakfast omelettes, pancake breakfasts. For something you’d pay $ 12+ at a place with a nicer setting, here it’ll run you around $ 7. The coffee is weak as hell. Maybe they’re trying to save $ by using less coffee, but come on! That’s terrible. The lady running the show here was«Soup Nazi-esque.» So don’t be surprised if you get yelled at, or if she yells at the other people working there that are helping you :( I’m still unsure how you’re supposed to order here. At those screens, or at the cashier? IDK, it sounds like the«rules» for ordering changes as the day progresses. Just at least line up on the right side, near the drink fridges. I think. Anyway, a lot the condiments on the tables were empty. Got tired of getting up and asking for more stuff. Just dealt with what was out there. Would I go here again? Yeah, but I’d get my food to go. The food was pretty good, and the prices were reasonable, so worth the chaos, for those mornings when we’d prefer to get breakfast out. Went here on a Saturday late morning. Will try and get here earlier next time to maybe miss some of the chaos.

Good ol’ eggs, bacon, hash browns, bagels, donuts… the quintessential items in an American breakfast. You can get a nice filling breakfast for an affordable price here at Roger’s Deli. Roger’s Deli has the old-timey feel of a classic diner, with the speed of a takeout restaurant. Just be aware the ordering system can have a tiny learning curve — you order your hot foods at the right(omelets, sandwiches, etc.) and get a receipt, walk to the middle to pay for it and any additional items(like coffee or juice), and wait for your number to be called. You can sit inside with long benches and tables, or enjoy the patio outside if it’s a nice day. If you’re in an eggy mood, go for one of their OMELETS. I am a fan of their veggie omelet because it’s topped with lots of avocado. The eggs & meat plate is also good(who can resist scrambled eggs and 4 strips of bacon?). They include roasted red potatoes that are nicely seasoned and a generous helping of buttered toast(white, rye, wheat, sourdough). I like to mash some avocado on top of toast as well… mmm! Next time I come back, I’ll grab a donut or a bagel sandwich.

So many breakfast options!!! I’ll definitely have to come back to try the sandwich and other breakfast offerings. I came here strictly for donuts for my team and felt like the options are more limited. $ 12 ish for a dozen donuts– very reasonable price. The donuts here are quite good, very doughy and you can pick the donut you would like to add filling into — they’ll fill it for you right there. Service was also quick, very friendly and plenty of seating areas both indoor and outdoor. No complaints here.

Ahem, Dutch Crunch. Hey, Bay Area, you’ve been hiding this wondrous bread option from poor non-NorCal souls like myself who always crave a good sandwich and appreciate the crunch of a first bite. I’ve previously known this as «Tiger bread» from my times in the UK thanks to a good friend who kept raving about it, but I’ve never had it quite like it was served up at Roger’s…and apparently it is the norm around these parts! I give Roger’s all of my stars as the first place to wow me with a Dutch Crunch sandwich! With a perfectly toasted roll and the right amount of delicious deli ingredients, the sandwich combination was glorious. Really, it was probably one of the best things I’ve had in a while. Add to that a plethora of massively raised donuts that hit the spot too. Thank you for the great food and fast and friendly service. The portion was right for the price and worth every penny. If a place like this existed where I lived, I would make it a weekly or even daily spot to get my grub on. I will be back.
