The cashiers are cool and the fountain soda machine has the best Dr. Pepper ever!

Great pitstop near the Quad. Nice staff are friendly and they have a good juice selection. Credit card machines were down one evening, which is rather inconvenient for us plastic carriers. Overall good location, usually very clean and right near Roger’s Deli. Makes for a good lunch and snack spot.

Tip: 7 – 11 are categorized as grocery stores on AMEX so this can earn you more cash back if you have that option on your account. This 7 – 11 has all the same stuff as any other 7 – 11 I’ve been to. They all seem the same. I can never say which 7 – 11 is the best because all of them are on the same level.

This is our location 7-Eleven. When I need something I forgot at the store, this location does the trick. «Oh no, I forgot eggs! Can you get some?» I ask my loving fiancé, he always goes and luckily the small crisis is averted. Other stuff they are good for? A beverage on a hot day or a snack stop before going on a long trip. Jerky, water, nuts, sandwiches(I surprisingly like their tuna) and anything else your little heart desires. The parking is just okay here, you can always find a spot but the layout and space I don’t particularly care for and on the other side is more parking but the pavement is all split and weird. Also, while i APPRECIATE the staff and their direct attentiveness. I just wish they were more friendly. But I get it, they probably don’t care for their job and I just add to that by coming in. Oh well.

I’ve been here during several times of day(Early afternoon, late night, really late night)… enough to know this is the worst 7 – 11 I’ve ever been to. The first time I came here, they had an expired offer for 2 Belvita Crackers still on display. Second time, there was a line for the ice coffee as the guy had to refill them. Third time I think was the worst. I came in tonight, and the guy was very incoherent, I think trying to tell me I had to move or not go to certain places that he was going to mop? He also seemed to be staring at me like I was a thief or an unwanted guest as I looked at what I wanted to buy. There was also nothing on the grill in terms of hot dogs. Most 711’s keep things going even at 2:30AM. At least the one on Caliente in Sunnyvale always did. I’m not going here again.

Avoid this place. The Cashiers are shady. They’ll either mark up prices or won’t give you the correct change. First I thought it was a mistake but now it’s happen more than once. Can’t believe they would try to rip off customers.

This is the only store that I know where I have to tell them the prize. First time I had to show him the sign in the window. Now they remember this part. or they are just too lazy to walk with me outside to check what I just told them… I should test this…(smile)

I live in the area. The only store I deal with where I have to calculate the price plus tax myself. They usually tell me the price is higher. Just bought a hot dog. Price marked on the dog heater was $ 1.89+T, clerk & register tried to charge me $ 1.99+T. Had to show him the sign. No apology whatsoever, no commitment to fixing it. To top it off, they didn’t even have any mustard. My experience is that this is typical for this unit. 7 – 11 usually does a lot better. Not going back.

Came here for my energy drink fix since the liquor store was not open yet. The Rockstar I wanted was $.70 cents more here compared the the liquor store right next door. I understand small markups but come on. I was a sucker and still got it but I will avoid these prices when I can.

7 Eleven coffee… love it. 7 Eleven slurpees… love em, especially cherry/coke combo. Small ice cream case by the front door… love the drum sticks and the Hagen Daz chocolate covered coffee ice cream bars. Early evening clerk always proves to be kind.

As if I couldn’t review enough 7-Elevens in my own city, I just had to make my contribution regarding this location. In the past near 8 months that I’ve lived in Mountain View, this place has come to the rescue a number of times, providing me with a nearby stop to grab forgotten grocery staples as well as random items such as vitamin water. The PayPass™ functionality for various credit cards has yet to prove itself in working order at this store. Other than that, glad to have this place down the street.

Woo-hoo, first! I’m a very seasonal person. In the spring I look ambitiously to the future, in the fall I look nostalgically to the past, and in the summer I look for a 7 – 11 cuz I could really go for a slurpie in this heat. When I lived at Whisman Station I would walk up here to get a Sunday paper and a slurpie, then sip it contentedly as I walked back home. Ah, those innocent days in Mountain View… there’s absolutely nothing else special about this particular 7 – 11, except that once a drunk driver destroyed one of the columns out front. Bonus point!
