Have been dining at Tsang’s for almost a year now, and by and large I am impressed with the direction he has taken since he first came to this location. He really does take the time to perfect each dish he makes, so be warned there may be days where he is experimenting with new ingredients or ratios. The food is always great though– even during these experiments– and it’s worth trying each incarnation just to see the journey taken to get to the point where Chef Tsang deemed it «perfect». His specialty is the 红烧肉, though I’ve had some great chashu that was to die for as well. I am a big fan of his various desserts as well(mango sago, eggettes, etc.). As with all Asian establishments, service is hit or miss, and I’m not sure this place would pass health inspections, but hey, that’s just added flavor.

Tsang’s kitchen is a hidden gem that has yet to be known. Chef Tsang is a master at crafting dishes with impeccable taste and perfection. His attention to detail has resulted in food that is truly a pleasure to enjoy. His first dish was a spin on the popular ramen burger. His ramen noodle buns were crisp and the perfect amount of firmness so it held together and didn’t break apart as you were eating it. Instead of a patty he has replaced it with cha shu which is pork. The cha shu was tender and full of flavor and it was paired perfectly with crisp seaweed. I look forward to trying more of his creations in the future :)
