Different management — same old issues. This store is like an other over-priced convenient store. It also suffers from independant franchise issues like no corporate responsability and advertising for out of stock items. One thing I can’t stand is poor customer service. I live fairly close and come in often. Generally, the customer service isn’t bad. A couple of younger guys were always working and were nice. New hires have come in without the same customer oriented mentality. Maybe this will change, maybe it won’t. Personally, I’d suggest going elsewhere to be over-charged.

I like a few of the employees but whatever they advertise as the«deal». They are ALWAYS out of. Why offer coffee and a muffin for $ 2 but never have any muffins. Why are the hotdogs almost black and shriveled? The new owners are not about making money. I could make you ten fold by operating your store correctly. Too bad…

The EBT machine is fixed and they have my slurpee flavors. New ownership– new staff– very polite and friendly. I love this 7-Eleven. Much better staffing-multiple people– than what it use to be. And its cleaner. Love it

WORST7ELEVENEVER!!! I have a major slurpee addiction and have used 7 Elevens across the planet, literally. This is one of the worst — and proudly advertising that it’s under new management! Their EBT machine is down for a month and they seem to have no intention of fixing it, instead they stick photocopies stating that it’s broken every few feet in the store! The store is dirty. The slurpee station is always out of lids and the entire area is sticky and dirty. Also, the slurpee machine never has whichever flavor I want. I’m not kidding. The machine has to go into a melt cycle to keep the consistency. This is supposed to happen late at night when no one is in the store, but at this location it’s always in melt mode! The last time I was there I asked where the next nearest 7 Eleven was and the employee refused to tell me! Finally a customer told me when he heard the rude employee say«Well you can use your phone or ask someone else then.» This is new management??? PLEASE, do yourself a favor, go a few more minutes to the one at Alderwood — 4520200th St SW. That’s where I go now even though this lame one is right next to my house.

Had the chips I wanted and a redbox at this location BUT the cashier«Vick» was on the phone the whole transaction. Not a «hold on I got a customer» not«I’m sorry mam it’s a *insert valid excuse*». But on his phone the woke time. No hesitation

This 7 – 11 is close to home so it is super convenient, maybe thats why its called a convenience store. **Rolling Balls of Hay** Ok uhhh, anyways who can beat cheap $ 2 white chocolate mochas and they just added a redbox in the front which I love! Good stuff.
