Just after my 30th birthday, I wanted to get into better shape so started working with Slade. I initially planned to train with him for just a few months, but I enjoyed it so much and got such great results that I stayed with him for over a year! In that time, I was able to go from barely being able to run(or should I say run/walk) a mile to finishing three half marathons! Slade was great at helping me find a workout that fit my personal fitness goals and he made it fun and challenging at the same time. He also helped me look picture perfect for my wedding day!

After having been a tad lazy for a couple of years I finally decided to work out a bit more. Luckily I ran into Slade — He found the perfect balance between pushing hard and still ensuring I could walk to work afterwards. And all this while having fun. I can highly recommend him.

Slade is an awesome Trainer! He has been my trainer for over 12 weeks and I couldn’t be happier. He makes you work hard but you have fun doing it. He found me exercises when I discovered I had plantar faciitis and also helped me figure out how to adjust my diets and workouts to make more of an impact. And I noticed a difference! He was very supportive in my goal to get back in shape. I definitely recommend Slade!

Slade has trained me for years and he is the best there is. He’s not overly pushy but he makes you work and you don’t even realize it. Before you know it your hour is over and you feel and look great! He’s good about changing up the workouts depending on what your goals are and he has never pushed me so far that I feel sick or can’t move the next day. I highly recommend Slade as your next trainer!
