For some strange reason this location could never get my order right. The young man that took my order I think was hard of hearing as I kept repeating my order several times and yet they still manage to screw it up.

They are the most unfriendly place around. The manager in red blouse doing orders(Cynthia) looks so crabby. I asked for a few noodles in my what should be chicken noodle soup. Grabs bowl did not even look at me with a scowling face the whole time. No reply, remark or thank you or sorry. Staff standing around her just as crabby and when I looked at staff I disbelief they had no response either. Same every time and I always say I will not go back. This seals the deal. Hermitage location is by far better and so nice.

Two factors make this chain location different, the slow service and lack of some major food items. Panera is always a safe bet for any meal regardless of location, but as mentioned in other posts the service kills the experience. I recommend using the fast lanes to order your own food and also check your order afterwards(they forgot certain items). We had dinner here around 7:30 and they were out of baguettes, rolls, and some soups — as a «bakery» this was worrisome. There appears to be some serious management issues here so just go in eyes wide open. Overall kids chicken noodle soup and mac n cheese were decent.

Horrible Customer Service once again!!! Holly ‘hollaback girl’ was RUDE just now!!! My wife was double-charged today for a gift purchased a couple of hours, they ran the charge thru 2x for same transaction. When we saw the error on our bank statement today, we immediately drove all the way back. We explained the situation to the clerk who immediately said we needed to speak to Ms Hollaback and she rolled her eyes as she was walking towards us as the clerk was telling her of our issue. We were refunded our monies, however, NEVER did we receive an apology or anything close instead we felt as we committed the error. She would be fired if she worked for me and I have been in CS for 20 years. No excuses for this poor attitude. I thought I was the customer!!! Stay away from this ridiculous place — MJ has too many options these days!!!

You can never go wrong with Panera Bread from breakfast to lunch or dinner. They have great salads, sandwiches and soups. I love their coffee(even though I favor Starbucks). This location is always clean and has fast service. Now, if they would start putting in drive-thru’s or deliver.

Bad juju… only two slices of cuke in my half salad… Expected more veges when I asked them to leave the chicken out. My vegetarian tummy was unhappy that almost every salad featured chicken, but one of the managers, nice tall young man, brought me several more slices of cuke! NICE,

We have gone to Panera Bread in several occasions for take out. The first couple times I arrived home only to find the order we received was incorrect. Last night I checked the order before I left and again it was wrong. I was missing a soup and they included a toasted cheese sandwich that I did not order. When I brought to their attention, they just stared at me like I was crazy. No apology. Very rude staff

Visited this location for breakfast and oddly stood around with 3 other people waiting for a cashier to service us for 3 or 4 minutes while they stand behind the line in conversation. Very unusual Ordered the turkey egg whites and spinach sandwich . Its was really bad. The concept of the sandwich is great for the preparation was horrible, the turkey was undercooked the egg whites were half off the bagel, the spinach was cold while the bagel was burnt. Not great experience

I had been having a black bean soup craving for over a week so my boyfriend and I decided to stop in this Panera location for an early dinner after doing some shopping yesterday. Ugh. It was pretty much an all over failure. My panini had the wrong sauce and was so hard around the edges I couldn’t eat it. My black bean soup was pretty good although it was mostly liquid vs. beans. My bf’s chicken tortellini alfredo was cold and they forgot the chicken. I took it back to the counter to be heated and for the chicken to be added. The chicken was pink and stringy and just very unappetizing. We ended up getting our money back for the tortellini since he didn’t eat it. The manager was nice enough and apologized but didn’t seem too interested in the issue. From now on I’ll just stick to my usual Hermitage and downtown locations.

Great food, fresh, and delicious. How ever the other day I stopped in and I’m pretty sure a maneger(I think he was) was rude. Other than that I love this place.

The line was out the door with only two cashiers, one of whom left the register for a bit. We were told they were out of baguettes. Seems odd given the name of the restaurant. Unfortunately, we’ve been told of unavailable menu items on other visits in the past. The sweet tea was not sweetened. My family likes Panera quite a lot, but this location really seems to be struggling with quality, customer service, and inventory.

Worst experience ever! People in line to the door and no one working the four cash registers. We left! All we wanted was coffee.

Not sure if I’d eat here. Overheard the food preparers saying«Lets hope they don’t check their food»… I looked at them both & asked«Now what should I NOT be checking?»… They both just looked stunned that I had heard them.

I don’t want to start another day at THIS Panera. Don’t expect a welcoming smile or even a ‘thanks’ from them. When I thanked the lady on the counter. Her reply was just ‘okay’, that too in a very rude tone :(

This place has it all. They have a great variety of breakfast bagels. The cinnamon crunch bagel is the best in my option. There are also plenty of other pastries as well. They also have a good selection of soups and sandwiches that are great. The broccoli cheddar is my favorite soup. The restaurant is always nice and relaxing.

This is probably the worst Panera I’ve been to! The service is below average– servers fooling around and don’t seem to care too much, although there were one nice, respectable guy who was cleaning. The food is below par for a Panera. The place looks like a wreck– floors stained, seats torn, just dirty in general. I won’t be returning unless it’s remodeled and gets new management. On the positive side, it is in a good location! :)

This specific location is super friendly although sometimes getting someone to the register area takes a minute or two. Their iced green tea is awesome! It’s not the matcha-style green tea, but it is tasty and sweet. As for the food, the most awesome thing I’ve tasted on their menu would have to be the french onion soup in a bread bowl. The only thing that would have made that experience better is having a toasted bread bowl, but it’s good in any case. They also have a mozzie-tomato panini that is pretty yummy! Their desserts are hit or miss, most of my experiences have been misses, sad to say. I am determined to try more of their bakery items and find one that is spectacular. :) They also have a Panera card which is a loyalty program and when you register online, you automatically get a free drink. I have yet to get more rewards, but I hope it’s going to be a good program.

I first saw this restaurant on Samantha Brown’s Travel show on the Travel Channel. She basically raved about the broccoli and chesse soup in a sourdough bowl! I had to experience it for myself afterwards. It’s so worth the drive for a broccoli and chesse soup in a sourdough bowl and any sandwich! Great customer service and I love the atmosphere too! Always a pleasant experience at the Panera no matter what city!
