Whoever is training the managers at this location is doing a great job. I recently visited to pick up an online order and was met with some technical difficulties(original credit card didn’t go through, food was delayed and the place wasn’t busy, etc). When the manager saw me waiting and discovered that the order’s payment was messed up, he sprang into action to ensure that my wait was easy and that the oversight was acknowledged on the tab. The food, once I got it home, was up to the usual Chipotle standards(oversized with plenty of fillings), and my parents and I were satisfied. Would definitely keep ordering from here based on the service alone.

My absolute favorite place to eat, I swear the food gets better every time I’m there. When I’m not as hungry, I get the hard shell tacos(something pancheros doesn’t have), they’re very crunchy and always fresh. When I’m really hungry, I get the bowl which is very filling. Chips are delicious, perfectly salted and coated with fresh lime juice. Ingredients are so fresh, GMO free and so delicious. 10x better than pancheros!

Use to work here actually, food is all fresh like they say and GMO free. Lines get super long so I suggest ordering online. Very strict place to work at actually

When I used to work at Tgi Fridays this was my go to place before work. Always hit the spot.

Well had to do an update since I have been going back there now. It was definitely faster/better than when it first opened up. Twice i have gone where something was out and was still being cooked up. Shows how much people love Chipotle. Again, much improvements since it opened up.

The food is pretty good, fast food style Mexican cuisine. More of a healthy approach. The orders are made right in front of you as you move down the assembly line. I had the Chicken burrito bowl. It was pretty tasty. I normally get a pulled pork burrito. I had a change of pace today for lunch. This place can get a nice sized crowd during the lunch and dinner rushes. The crowds are managed pretty well. Its a nice change of pace as far as fast food goes.

I love coming here. The food is always good, the place is very clean and the employees at this particular location are always super nice and pleasant. This location is sort of small– there are only maybe 8 – 10 tables I’d say but I’ve never been here and it’s been very crowded like other Chipotles. I like to get the crunchy tacos or the taco salad. FYI Chipotles in NJ don’t offer beers or margaritas like in some other states.

I went here for a steak burrto bowl for dinner it was horrible. The meat was full of fat and the people waiting on me had no idea what they were doing… put way to much hot sauce did not ask me. No body in charge in this location. Never again.

Food’s definitely delicious here, as is the case at any Chipotle. There’s a fairly heavy volume of customers at this location, keeping the open-air exposed food fairly well rotated(hopefully they either start covering it, or figure something else out if the crowd starts to die down, because I won’t be eating there anymore if the food has the typical congealed top-layer that forms with open-air-exposed food) The food gets bit lukewarm at times — somewhat dangerous and unpleasant for a number of reasons — they should turn up the heat a bit. Overall it’s a pretty nice location serving as-always delicious Chipotle goodness.

While this is Mexican fast food, it is very good. I usually get the burrito bowl and it’s pretty filling. Expect to pay about $ 10 per person if you eat here. Chipolte’s are good no matter where you are.

The previous reviews on how this location wasn’t so hot were absolutely true. But between those reviews & now, I am pretty sure employees from more well-managed Chipotle stores in the area began working at this location(I definitely met some familiar faces from the Chipotle near my house who didn’t used to work here before). I suspect that the previous complaints about service will change as this location gets whipped up into shape. In the meanwhile, on my visits for lunch to this location recently, this Chipotle is everything i would expect a Chipotle to be. Great food served with integrity(no antibiotics and organic/local whenever possible), with super customizability, and at a fair price. If you’re looking for great Mexican Food that will fill you up for sure, I highly suggest Chipotle.

My family and I have frequented this Chipotle and have no major complaints outside of the catering. However, every large catered order we’ve placed for work has been very disappointing. The logistics of ordering is cumbersome. First you need to call the store, and then be directed to the website to place an initial request to be called back by someone at upper level management outside of the state. I get that some processing is necessary, but this seems excessive. Secondly, the food is always late. I always make sure I request the food at least 30 minutes before I actually want to pick it up and it is still not done nor did I believe it was even started. The quantity of the food was the WORST part. We ordered enough for 30 because the last time we ordered for 20 we ran out of meat. I saw that it appeared that the meat quantity was the same(inside a large container) as we were being checked out and I asked what was the difference in quantity of meat between an order for 20 or 30. The attendant told me it indeed was the same amount of meat, the only difference between a catered two meat spread for 20 and 30 was the number of additional condiments and vegetables. Are you FREAKIN kidding me? Thanks for the extra lettuce dude, that’s exactly what we want! Such a huge disappointment. Not only was our food incredibly late for pickup, we’re also told that ordering for more doesn’t mean getting more of the good stuff, just the extras. Completely disappointed by shadiness of a company that touts being GMO free and locally sourced. Worst part about it is; I absolutely love Chiptole, but am not the least bit impressed with this location.

I was happy to hear that they were opening a Chipotle in Mount Laurel until I went. I understand that when you first open you may not have everything together but it’s been about 6 months or so and nothing has changed. I’ve been to this Chiptole multiple times and each time there has been a problem. The people working there are always holding conversations with other employees instead of focusing on the customer. I don’t know how many times I order a veggie bowl and they ask what my choice of meat is. It always seems dirty and unorganized. When I order a salad they never offer me the dressing, sometimes they’re out of it, and one time I found a HAIR in the dressing. That was the final straw. I refuse to go back to this Chipotle. I’d much rather take a few extra minutes and drive to the Moorestown location. It’s consistent, clean and efficient.

Like others have said, it’s the quality — or lack there of — in service that makes this a terrible location. There are lunch shift folks that are wonderful and kind. Late dinner? Iffy at best. Granted I came in at 9:30, so I recognize they are cleaning up. I worked 8 years in food service; I know the drill. One attendant tried to joke with me that«we are out of everything so it’ll be an up charge and like a $ 20 burrito.» Now aside from making absolutely no sense whatsoever, don’t fuck with the hungry person. Never fuck with someone’s food. Never. If I could bold and italicize for emphasis, I would. Another attendant did offer to punch the offender in the face, which I thanked him for. Now, they did have everything except guacamole. I didn’t ask, because I just wanted to eat. It was a long work day. But really? If you’re open until 10 pm, it’s full service until 10 pm. If they were out, they would likely have put a sign out(I’ve seen it elsewhere, but suspect I may be asking to much in terms of cognitive reasoning for this particular crew). As I get to the cashier, who sees me ready to pay, walks away. I think it’s to get more baskets since I’m eating my burrito in. Nope. No basket. I put napkins down to reduce my slobness that did happen. Again, I didn’t ask because I was tired and hungry, and I knew how to problem solve. Now, the thing that irritated me most is the overflowing trash can. They can putz and scream around in the back, but not empty a trash can?

I have to disagree with a few people on here. This is a great location, I always get exactly what I want when I order, the staff is super nice and I always see the managers front and center right on the line with the other workers. Yes there are often lines but that’s because this location gets way more traffic than Moorestown. Mt. Laurel has better cooks in my opinion also, the veggies are always lightly cooked not burned like Moorestown. Everything always tastes fresh because the food doesn’t sit around as much due to the higher traffic! They are constantly cooking!

So this is the second time I have ever been to Chipotle. It has been a few years and my first time at this location. I recently watched the story of Chipotle and the reason for the metal tables are because that was what they could afford when they started, with no intention of expanding the way they have. I assume they kept the look with a few modern touches. As far as it being loud and the line that may wrap around closely to the tables is not ideal, but let’s face it, you’re not really coming here for some fine dining experience. You come for the good, non-GMO, unprocessed foods, which is pretty awesome to have around. Just have to watch for the sodium intake, because even though it is better for you than mostly all fast food chains, you still have to watch how much you’re eating. You get a hefty portion for cheap. It was dinner time on a Saturday and the line was to the entrance, and we waited about 15 minutes to order. Within a few minutes we sat down to eat(no trouble with the service line), finished our food in less than 10 minutes and we were out the door to catch a flick. I tried the sofritas, tofu with a blend of spices. It is very tasty, and light. I’ll probably start coming to Chipotle over Pancheros from now on.

New Chipotle location. Food was decent, as I would expect from Chipotle, but definitely need to give this crew some more time to get their act together. Ordered a chicken burrito. The gentleman steamed the tortilla shell and moved it along to the next position in the ol’ Chipotle assembly line. However, another worker came and snagged my tortilla shell from the counter and used it for a repair of someone else’s burrito. So that left me in burrito limbo with the guy behind me already giving instructions on how to fill his burrito. So swapped places in line after pointing out to the assembly worker that my tortilla was swiped. Got my burrito and sat down. Unwrapped the foil and it was falling apart. You could tell that the crew is still learning the finer points of properly wrapping a burrito. The iced tea ran out so wasn’t able to refill my drink. Not much seating and pretty loud music. I will give a month or so before trying them again.

Pros: Vegan tofu«meat» available in any of their burritos, salads, or tacos — tastes great & healthier! All the salsas & toppings were fresh. Staff was harried but generally friendly. Very convenient location! Everything was super tasty and affordable, though quite salty — which, isn’t necessarily a bad thing, just depends on your taste buds. Cons: High ceiling & metal tables with very bright lighting gives the place an echo-y, cavernous, industrial feel, and seriously escalates the ambient noise level. Bathroom could be cleaner. Crowd control is a little awkward — the line to order food places you directly next to tables of folks eating; a barrier of some kind would be a good addition. Been three times and each time it’s slow & our orders are never *quite* right; I’d like to believe that’s because the place is new & staff is still learning the ropes. Note: this new location is in the former space of Baja Fresh.
