For the price($ 65/night), I think this is a decent hotel/motel if you have realistic expectations. Right off the back you should know that you do not have daily room service. I believe it’s once a week or something or you can pay additional $ for it. You have to ask for new towels, shampoo etc daily as a result. They have a laundry room where you can pay to wash & dry your clothes. Front desk has quartets if you need change. All the staff was pleasant and accommodating. They even let us stay an extra hour from our checkout time after we requested it. They weren’t obligated to do they so this was a nice gesture. Why 4 stars? Even when the room was«cleaned«, the maid didn’t vacuum the room at all. Looked like they just removed old towels and replaced them with new ones, and emptied the trash. Oh and they didn’t even bother picking up the dead spider carcass?/body? from the linoleum floor. It was just moved from the side of the wall to the back of the door. The front desk happily made a note for room service to vacuum the room the following day.

We arrived on a late Friday night, and while the two women at the front desk were friendly, I don’t think they had it all together. Another guest was at the desk before I came in, asking for a non-smoking room for his family. Having booked through priceline, he was not guaranteed a non-smoking room. The woman ended up giving him a non-smoking room to move to, however, it was not serviced yet. He came back down minutes later to complain. My check-in process was pretty smooth. I had booked directly using the Extended Stay America website and had 3 non-smoking rooms. We offered one of our non-smoking rooms to the gentleman and his family, which they were appreciative of, but the ended up finding a room for them eventually. This just shows how unorganized the front desk service is. On to the room — It was as expected, but it was warm and muggy when we entered. The AC unit was not functioning well. It was on but hardly blew out enough cold air to cool the room. We even had the window wide open but very little air flow kept the breeze from coming through. For the price, I can’t argue… I doubt that I would stay here again though.

Poorly managed. Booking a room over the phone was very difficult, as the person who answered the phone had a very thick accent. It was simply hard to understand her and for her to understand me. She told me I would get an email confirmation of my reservation. I never got one. I was given a room that was not cleaned up after the last guest. The second room I was given had no toilet paper, soap or shampoo. I had to go down to the front desk to get those things.

This is a nice hotel, even though the address is incorrect. I stayed at the 2nd Extended Stay America located about 400ft. from this one.(The one I stayed at has no Unilocal page but can be found at 500 Diemer Dr.)Anyway, the rooms were clean and spacious. Mine had a full kitchen, microwave and toaster oven. They even had dishes and silverware in the drawers. The bed was comfy, although I’m not sure I agree with having two down pillows and two regular pillows in the room. In the middle of the night I would wake up to the sound of the heater rattling, and have to turn it off before I slammed my head down on a feather sticking out of the pillow. Aside from that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. There is one strange thing though. The maid only comes once a week. No one cleaned up my room for the four days I stayed there. I guess that’s how this place is, but it didn’t take away from my stay at all.
