had to stay here for two months and in the two months was hell. changed room 3 times because of fridge not working, shock from electric stove which they kept for someone else’s room. was charged 500 extra, found out a month later then they reversed charge but questioned me like it was my mistake. they do not take accountability. food was ruined from 2nd fridge that was broken they didn’t offer to compensate until i got the manger in front of other people then she said she would buy it for me, which is weird. her shopping for me so i said i would buy and just give her receipt. the side entrance was left open for a month, security, any body could walk in and i told them multiple times. fan in bathroom broke which created moisture in room the mold in the kitchen under the sink, which was completely soaked which they then denied having mold, and which we have pictures. also a women here got bed bugs two times. then they moved our rooms and my dog(never had fleas) got flea invested, which then got bacteria infection from scratching. they fought responsibility constantly and made it the most stressful experience because they don’t care, they just want your money. if you have any other options i would try another place and save yourself the stress and drama. they charge big prices but its run like a slum lord housing. also, just found out that most of the windows don’t open and have no screens. the corporate office doesn’t want to pay for new windows because would be too much money so people are in rooms with no emergency escape if fire. basically a death trap. really scary and a shame that money is more important then peoples safety. take care.

A bit threadbare but always safe and a good experience overall. Free wifi is slow, but you can upgrade to higher speeds. Staff is ALWAYS friendly, eager, and helpful.
