Food was good for lunch, but pricey! May want to consider lowering costs including lunch and dinner combinations that include your rice, egg roll and soup!

Was not happy with the selection nor the temperature and replenishment of the meal. I had a three plate appetite and a craving for sushi. Come to find, sushi buffet is 19 $ bucks while other placed are 8 to 11 bucks. some even Five $! The waitress came off as a lil aggressive towards my friend when it came to the sushi order, by telling her to sit down and not to waste the meal. Uh, well if she wasn’t trying to hustle 7… 5 $ off of her, she could’ve taken the remainder of it home to her kids or what not. It was HERS to do whatever with. Next lunch outing will definitely be at a different selection.

Delicious food. Hubby got chicken noodle soup, actually the broth could have used more flavor but noodles and chicken were awesome. I ordered Boston roll and Szechuan noodles and hot sauce. Mmmm. Very friendly and good service. Try it out. There’s coupons on the menu and a freebie on Unilocal if u check in

Traveling and decided to stop for the night. Ordered take out from this restaurant. Ordered pad Thai, shrimp egg roll, and beef teriyaki. Egg roll was greasy and Pad Thai had no peanut oil and very little ground peanuts. Very dry and very bland. Worse Pad Thai I’ve ever eaten. I’ve never had Pad Thai without peanut oil. If your staying in Mt Laurel avoid this place.

First they put flyers all over my car and when I call to order food, they tell me there is no sushi on a Friday. I got a soup instead and it tasted absolutely disgusting. I can still taste how terrible it was and this happened about a month ago. I threw out the menu.

Worst service ever!!! The driver thought she was getting a $ 10 dollar tip after being very rude & said«hurry up I have to go» and once I gave her the tip she said«I will never come back.» Do not order from this place.

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I ordered the garlic chicken extra spicy — to go. When I got back to my hotel, the meal wasn’t the slightest bit spicy. In fact it was quite bland. Worst Chinese food I have ever had!

This place makes my boyfriend and I so, very angry. It’s disgusting. The service sucks. THEYWEREOUTOFLETTUCE. First off, pretty sure they break the child labor laws. I don’t know why 6 – 8 year olds are bussing tables and serving water. Our server looked like he was the oldest son that got thrown into the family business too early. He had no idea what he was talking about or what even came with the meals. He didn’t even come over when we called him over and ran away when we made it apparent we needed him. I guess questions are unwarranted here. I didn’t even get the salad that came with my meal due to the fact they were out of lettuce and the«server», of course, didn’t know what to do about it. Disappointing. Anways, I got chicken hibachi. The chicken. omg, the chicken was horrible. On my plate it looked like dog food. Not only did it look like that but it took a texture of it’s own. I never had crusty chicken until i took a bite of this garbage. My mouth felt like i had been gargling ocean water for 5 hours. Nastiness. I don’t understand how they cook their food. The noodles had no flavor and the chicken was drenched and dry. My boyfriend also got hibachi but the beef version. He only ate two pieces of his chunks of «beef» lol. Therefore, we left there with our plates full of meat. Too disgusting to eat.

Today I went to there I wanna eat Chinese food, but I saw they have a Sushi special price, 50% off, so I tried few avocado rolls and tuna rolls that are really good taste, and beautiful, yummy! I will recommend to my friends!

The food is very good. They have a sushi special for 50% off and the sushi tastes fresh. They use premium white meat chicken and there is always a lot of shrimp in their dishes. Although the place is usually empty, it’s one of our favorite Asian spots in the area.

Restaurant is very clean. Wonton soup was very good and with five wontons. Moo shu chicken was delicious, but oddly, without the usual plum sauce. General Tso’s chicken was the only disappointment as it was on the dry side. Place deserves to be more popular.

Just plain Chinese fusion, I had mine delivered and it was over an 45 mins late. and it was not hot. There are better places you can go to.

We started off with a few communication problems with the waiter(ie. how many bowls of soup we wanted, got chicken lo mein instead of shrimp). The portion size was good and the décor of the restaurant was fitting. Pretty average Chinese food, probably won’t visit again.

We went here to try their Thai food. They had a 50% off sushi special going on we went for them. The Spicy Girl and Crazy Tuna was very good. And for half price even better! Roll size is between large special rolls and regular maki rolls. We also had the Samba Beef and shrimp dumplings. Samba was very good but typical Chinese style. Needed something to give it more of a richer taste. The dumplings were ok. I think pan-fried would be better. Service was great and the restaurant has a clean, trendy atmosphere. If they were located closer to Cherry Hill I think they would be very popular. Overall a good experience. We’ll def go back.

Absolutely the worst…“ghetto trash”.Chinese food around . Just go inside and see how many people are inside eating. .we gave them a couple of chances. …to no avail. …get any chicken dish… you’ll get. rubberized texured… shredded…chipped. .shaved .fake chicken. …and they load you up with shit pea pods… if you ask for vegetables. .horrible. … We got a Take out order… They had the pick up order packed tightly. …so we didn’t check if our order was correct. .I advised them… on our eat in trip that they forgot an entrée. on our Last pick up order… The owner replied… na ahhhh… not me… Our eat in trip was pure skimp. .shortcut trash… The place was empty… it always is… Don’t eat here or patronize this place. …any other place you decide to go. …will be better. !!!

The menu has changed(again). Many Szechuan dishes remain, but prices have gone up across the menu. Probably to support all the new sections devoted to Sushi, other Japanese dishes, and Thai dishes(including new lunch options). The lunchtime pork with picked cabbage soup is gone, replaced by miso soup. Looks like they are pushing the«Asian bistro» theme that Jade Spice tried once, but with emphasis on Sushi. The crab miso soup dumplings(XLB) are still good.

This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants ever. The dishes are authentic(speaking of the Szechuan menu only) and very reasonably priced. Generous portions, great décor and attentive service — different from what you’d normally expect at an Asian American food joint. Definitely a good date restaurant but also great for larger parties. What we’ve tried and liked: Fried pork buns This beef soup under the Szechuan menu Pork belly with picked vegetables Peppers with pork intestines Soup dumplings aka xiaolongbao Stir fried pea leaves Smoked tea duck(not for me, but others liked) I would avoid the regular dumplings… not worth the price and nothing special — get the soupy ones or pork buns instead. I’ve probably been to this place more than 10 times in the past three months. It’s great.

I’m amazed that people think this place is good. We were here a few years ago when it was Jade Spice, and it was OK. We came for the soup because they used to have a variety of noodles, but they no longer have the variety and offer just some basic soup choices, which is fine. However, the soup was terrible. It tasted just like the frozen Udon I can get from H-mart… very spongy and tasteless. The noodle place at the mall has better soup. But, I admit that the crab soup dumplings were pretty good. The waiter was terrible and acted as if we were bothering him from the second we sat down. Not just indifferent, but he really had a sh*tty attitude, like when you make a petulant 3-year old do something he doesn’t want to do. When I paid the bill, he snatched the receipt out of my hand. There are plenty of restaurants around the area for chinese food and soup, so give any of those a shot instead.

[Food]: They have an Americanized Chinese menu and a Szechuan menu. We ordered off of the Szechuan. The spice levels run Medium Hot, Hot & Spicy and Very Hot & Spicy. The Very Hot & Spicy was perfect for me. – The complimentary Oolong tea was weak, not very flavorful. I would of paid for better quality. – Szechuan Pickled Vegetables: I expected something totally different but this was just cabbage, a miniscule sliver of carrot and celery. I had expected more of a vinegar kick but this was too sweet for my liking. – Dan Dan noodles: I didn’t like their version. The minced-pork almost seemed like beef-tendon instead(it was dry, not very flavorful and sort of game’y tasting). – Fish Filet w/Szechuan Spicy Sauce: The filets had a nice coating to them but the the dish was very dry, it didn’t appear to have any sauce? It was as if they gave me a Dry Wok style instead? – Shredded Beef w/Chili Pepper: This was the only dish that we liked(even that was only so, so) [Service]: In the beginning, our server(young man) was very attentive but then he disappeared on us. Our water glasses were not refreshed in a timely manner. [Pricing]: reasonable I am glad they are offering traditional Szechuan! However, other restaurants in the area such as CHUlicious and Han Dynasty are much better in my opinion. I was excited to see that they offer Hand-Pulled noodles but was disappointed that they don’t make the noodles in-house(at least not yet according to our server). Perhaps we ordered the wrong items? I generally don’t return to a restaurant that I have rated 2 stars but I have a feeling this place has potential. I will keep an eye out on this one.

Several month ago I went their place. Their hand pulled noodles are really good. Now they are more focused on Sichuan food. They remolded the whole restaurant. There is a nice, clean and spacious dining area than I expected it to be. After reading Lin’s review, I ordered the Shanghai crab miso soup dumpling. Five stars for them. Really delicious. I also tried the spicy pot, I love spicy food and it was just what I expected. I’ll be back to sample more Sichuan food.

I agree with Peter, Jade Bistro replaced Jade Spice and they are getting even better! The new place basically keeps the original interior design but somehow I feel the space is bigger and brighter, very roomy and comfortable! I tried following dishes: Spicy Pot Spicy Fried Chicken(no bones) Shanghai Crab Miso Soup Dumpling The Shanghai Crab Miso Soup Dumpling is so delicious, my 5 years old can eat 10 of them!!! :) Compared to Han Dynasty, their price is much lower, I’m very happy finally we have a such nice Sichuan/Shanghai restaurant in Mount Laurel/Cherry Hill area! Will definitely come back! 5 Stars!
