Spent several hours eating lunch. Cody was very nice and gave us plenty of time. Had a salmon ceasar wrap delicious! Place and service have really changed and improved!

I went here a few months ago. The food portions are way to low for the prices. They also over salted my food which made my food way to salty. If the food portions were bigger I would of gave it a 3.

My husband and I went here for dessert and coffee. I haven’t been to this location in about a year. I used to like the atmosphere with the dimmed lights in the evenings but I guess they no longer do this. I was craving their cupcakes but I was told they’re no longer on the menu. I should have taken these cues and left, but I chose to stay. Bad choice. We ordered some fries and two brownie goblet sundaes. The fries came out rather quickly. A bit too quickly. Where did they come from? Someone else’s plate in the back? There is NO way these were freshly prepared for us. Again, I should have taken this cue and left. Nope. I waited and waited for our desserts. When they finally arrived, they were huge! I really wish that our server would have told us how big they were. We could have ordered one and shared. But hey, that’s not the worst thing that can happen. Then I tasted it. UGH! Really??? How can dessert be bad? The vanilla ice cream was full of icicles. The description stated warm chocolate sauce but I tasted nothing warm at all. So, we pushed our unfinished goblets aside and waited… and waited for our waitress so that we could get the check. Finally, we just stood up and put our coats on and, surprise, here she comes. We paid for our final dessert and coffee from this establishment. We will never return.

Standard Ruby Tuesday. They seem to have changed up the menu a little bit, and prices seem to have raised a bit along with the change. The garden bar is still top-notch!

I love this restaurant because I have celiac disease. They offer a large menu and make their gluten-free customers feel comfortable. My husband gets his biscuits(which he loves) and I have a choice of items. The platters are not over-sized but just enough for a meal. The prices are great. I recommend this chain to fellow celiacs. It is nice to go out to eat and not feel that you are an imposition!

I would compare this place to a pricey Applebees, but not as good. I went because they have a salad bar, and being a vegetarian that’s clutch. Aside from the salad bar, there weren’t very many vegetarian options. They had a portobello burger, but in my opinion once you’ve had one ‘bello sandwich you’ve had them all. Perhaps it was only this location, but the salad bar was dismal and messy. Server was nice and very attentive which is always a plus. I wish I could say more, but it wasn’t very remarkable.

We were contacted by the general manager in regards to our previous experience. We had a much better experience this time around. The management very much cares about your experience here. Thanks Raymond!

Had dinner there last night(Saturday 7⁄18). My sister-in-laws steak was cooked on only 1 side, and it was terribly over salted. She couldn’t even eat it. I lie my fries very well done. It took the kitchen staff 3 times to get the fries not as i wanted them, but somewhat acceptable. However by that time the burger was no longer hot. The burger was more like a hockey puck. The bacon on the burger looked plastic. We will probably not return here. Chili’s and Fridays are just as good if not better. The idiots at the restaurant fired their best server, John. What a bunch of dummies.

Move over, Applebee’s! I never thought I’d say this, but I found a new contender for worst American chain restaurant. Not only that, but this location stands out like a sore thumb in a shopping center otherwise populated by great unique choices for a good dinner. If you plan to eat at Ruby Tuesdays, I have a better suggestion. Just stand in their parking lot, turn around and point randomly; you’ll be pointing at either the highway or a better restaurant. Most of these better restaurants are great but a bit exotic for some; Bhan Thai and Monsoon Indian most notably so. So if that’s not what you’re into and you are craving a familiar American meal, go right down the street to Prospector’s on Ark rd for a better meal at a comparable price. At Ruby Tuesday the burgers are dry, their vegetables are cold, and their prices are just a bit too high for what you’re getting. I can’t really give constructive criticism for what management can do to change; the restaurant was clean enough, the service was attentive enough(passably) but the food was just not that good. They’d need to reinvent themselves on a corporate level if they want to be seen as anything but a step above Denny’s.

I love Ruby Tuesday, however this location was VERYDISAPPOINTING!!! The dishes were dirty, they messed up our drinks, the guy at another table sounded as if he was going to die, he sounded like he was choking on something the whole time we were there, the waiter would not take our dishes off the table… He must have walked past my empty plate 6 times before actually taking it off the table. I bit into a piece of fish(I got a CHICKENDISH might I add) and I’m just glad I’m NOTALLERGIC to fish, otherwise we would have had a big problem. I will not be returning to this Ruby Tuesday ever again.

I got the salad bar. It’s a reliable three stars. But ice tea is good. I wish they refilled it more. Sometimes strange smells permeate from the bathroom, cleaning solutions etc. Careful doing that sort of thing around lunch, huh?

Food was nasty… I sent back my first dish. The waiter was nice. This is my first and last visit here. I’m not not a fan of eating at chain restaurants anyway. You get what you pay for I guess. At least I was offered a free dessert.

I could put a 5 star on here for being my first time being there. Very nice on the inside and a large selection of food not to mention a nice salad bar. I got a burger, I forget which one but it had portabella mushrooms and was on a pretzel bun. They have a nice bar setup as well, had a nice seasonal brew. The rest of the table got a different burger, two dishes of chicken and a steak with a lobster tail; all good feedback, they loved it. Only downfall was the lobster tail was small but you can’t expect too much for it not being a straight seafood restaurant. Overall, delicious and I would go back.

The food here leaves a lot to be desired and so does the service. Very average food even for a chain restaurant. Wouldn’t come back here.

I love Ruby Tuesday it is my favorite chain however this location was disappointing. The drinks were weak the bartender basically ignored us. I know how a patron margarita should taste and she did not make it correctly. She missed a shot of grand mariner and when I told her she said i promised i did and im going to have to charge you extra for it. Thats was fine by me since all I wanted was my favorite drink. If you ever go to the hamilton mall go to the ruby tuesday there! This review was saved in my drafts from over a year ago.

Their salad bar… well, no wonder it’s free with an entrée. It leaves so much to be desired. The food is average for a chain, but it lacks seasoning and proper execution. My group dined here when the FOH was doing a test on how well they knew the menu. The table was served by 5 different pairs of hands; who was our real server? The food took forever and we were starving and getting impatient. But what’s new at this place, anyway? As if it wasn’t bad enough how everytime we go here and the service is NON-existent, could you imagine how much less service we got because our waitress was studying for and taking her test? Why don’t we just go into the kitchen and grab our food ourselves everytime we dine here? This place needs to get their chef together.

Terrible representation of a decent chain. Salad bar was sad and empty at dinner time on a Saturday. Food took forever and didn’t taste right. Waiter wasn’t attentive and the manager didn’t even stop by despite many upset customers throughout the restaurant. Won’t be stopping back here again.

I am typically not a fan of chain restaurants, but my experience here is worthy of some Unilocaling … We were greeted promptly by a friendly hostess who seated us and identified our server as Heather. Heather then came to our table, introduced herself and took our drink and food order as we were ready. Drinks were brought out promptly and refilled throughout our meal without having to ask. She was friendly and attentive. The food was actually pretty good. Color me surprised. We ordered chips and queso and two Carolina chicken salads. The chips were crispy and the queso was creamy with just enough spice. The salads were HUGE, very fresh and very good. The place was clean and maintained; the ladies restrooms were clean as well. Overall, it was a pretty favorable dining experience. I’d go back.

I have been to other locations and was excited that they were building one at this location. Its been years and after 4 disappointing visits, its taken off my list. Horrible food! And an even worse salad buffet…

So after photos at Sears we swung up here to try this place for lunch. It’s normally packed, so we were pleased to find it not too crowded. Let’s start with what we liked: Fresh salad bar, great waitress Diane, blueberry lemonade, full sized burgers. What we didn’t like: Clueless hostess who seats everyone directly next to each other when whole restaurant is empty. Blue Cheese salad dressing that was yellow from sitting out. Totally overcooked mini burgers. This was a first trip so I’ll keep the review to highlights. Ask for Diane, she was great. Refills arrived super promptly of everything, and free refills included the fruit lemonades. The salad bar was great, although the dressings had been sitting out for a while hence the yellow top layer on the blue cheese. Burgers come with unlimited french fries, too.
