This place really needs to put a lot of work and training into their staff. I come here on occasion and this is consistently the worst service TGI Friday’s I visit. Although there are numerous amounts of waiters and waitresses it still seems that every time I visit they are understaffed. Service is always slow. From getting seated, taking the order, getting drinks and food, everything takes an eternity. The kitchen staff also needs significant training. Many times have I received my order overcooked and my food cold. Also their quality of food is not to par with other TFI Friday’s location.

I’ve been here a few times to watch the game while using their free wifi. Each time I have had great service and the food is good. Usually get the GBF and Jack sliders, so I haven’t tasted much else here. They are better than some of the other TGIFridays, but there is a slight room for improvement. The coffee is one of the things that definitely need an upgrade. The manager and bartenders are very friendly and on top of their game. So, I would definitely choose to return here than eat at the Burlington/Mt Holly(Rt 541) location definitely needs some improvements there. Also, the crowds are not huge nor loud/over the top when the Eagles lose(which is often under Chip Kelly… haha).

I’ve been to Friday’s before… Who hasn’t? I came here for lunch/dinner with my girlfriends. We were seated relatively fast being that it was basically a ghost town in here. Our waitress… Had absolutely no knowledge of the menu. NONE! We asked her if she was new, and she said no, she’d been working at Friday’s for years… Her defense is that the menu changes often… But what we inquired about is a drink(pink punk cosmo) that has been on the menu ATLEAST since 2012. Then when we ruffled through our menu to find the exact name for it, because she had no idea what we were talking about, We told her what it was called(which is what we’d said in the first place) and she says«oh, that’s what I thought you were talking about»… I had to cut my friend a look so that I kept my mouth shut.

Stopped in for a late dinner with my family(4 of us). We waited a few minutes before being greeted and was ushered to a table in the middle of booths. My wife and I) who both suffer from bad backs) did not feel comfortable sitting in what we felt was a main walkway for the servers. The booth immediately next to us was empty and we inquired of our server if we could move to the empty booth. We were told NO, seating has to be done according to the wait staff and that booth was a different waiter who was not«up» for another table. This did not sit with me as I am from the old school that the customer comes first. I got up and asked to speak with the manager. I waited approx. 10 minutes for the manager to come out and talk with me. She listened and said that tables are seated so that all servers have a equal opportunity for service. That was the end of that, as I motioned to my family for us to leave, she quickly said that there would be no problem for us to sit at that booth and was there anything else she could do for us. TOOLATE, we left the restaurant and even though we are only a few miles from this location… WEWILLNEVERRETURN.

I’ve come to this Friday’s restaurant ever since like 2005 and the service and food has slowly declines over the years, they try and change up the menu and the recipes of some of the foods but the new broccoli and cheddar soup for example, is way too salty and all The food that took longer than 30 minutes in the empty restaurant was messed up and we ended up leaving with an empty stomach plus the soup kinda made me feel sick. Sorry but this visit was not worth a penny.

Funny, I’m reading the reviews on this TGI Fridays and have a hard time believing some of them. I take everything with a grain of salt, it was possibly just a busy day or the approach? My family comes to this location a lot 3 – 4 times a month with no issues. I believe this is a corp store and they always take care of us great! Our meals are always hot and taste great. They. Always take our coupons and we use our stripes card which gives us double discounts. We are here right now 6 poeple, got our drinks right away, took our order ASAP. Mike our waiter could not be any nicer, 5 Stars to this place!

Gave Friday’s another try. It’s been a while. Very disappointed with the advertised endless appetizers. Although they’ve added more selections, it’s a bit misleading on TV as far as the fact that you can only pick I choice. Who wants endless potato skins over and over and over? Really had our hope up for an endless variety. The last time we had endless apps, we could get multiple varieties. I settled for a burger which was ok, nothing special. My wife had the parm. crusted chicken which was also okay, but MUCH small than the chicken parm. she gets elsewhere and other places often add a salad bar which makes them a much better bargain. Also, be careful about ordering drinks. Friday’s is known for not listing prices on drinks and you could be surprised when you get your bill.

Went for endless apps. Server was so nice but then we had to wait 20 mins for a box and the check when the lunch rush came in. Was a little annoyed by then but everything was okay. Nothing out of this world honestly but it was a decent lunch for the price. Probably won’t go back though.

I’ve been here before and yet I’ve never been more disappointed by a restaurant like this. I wasn’t all that hungry so I just ordered mozzarella sticks. It took about 15 – 30 minutes for them to serve me 6 mozzarella sticks and when I had them they tasted so bad I took one bite, waited for the check and walked out. It took them 10 minutes just to give me the check where I had to sit there, and the mozzarella sticks sat there. They smelled so badly I got up and paid them myself. I would rather dumpster dive for a straight hour then eat this again.

There was no wait to sit, and once we ordered our food came out very quickly, maybe within 5 minutes, which was awesome. My friends and I shared a bunch of appetizers, which is the best thing at Fridays in my opinion. My favorite is the green bean fries with wasabi dipping sauce The new blood orange cooler drink was excellent-good enough to be dangerous. :) Our server told us to stay as late as we wanted, but stopped serving us water as soon as our check arrived, which was a bit annoying since their food is pretty salty. He gave us some looks too, so we high-tailed it out of there.

This is my let’s get a drink spot. I don’t like the one on rt 541. They have sticky floors and bugs. Even though it’s closer, I don’t go there. Jackberry smash is awesome!. Now with endless appitizers u may see me there more often.

straight garbage… =( So many problems arose when my friends and I decided to have our lunch here during our lunch hour. I’m just going to bullet point everything that went wrong because honestly it’s THAT many. 1. we were sat in the back corner of the restaurant BEHIND the server counter… why is there available seating back there anyway? NO customer should have to sit behind a wall and away from everything and everyone. 2. The drinks were awful. Attention to detail is so important in the restaurant world. Water. no ice… no lemon. I got it all. and the Long island’s that were ordered tasted like syrup… 3. Once we all ordered our food we waited over 30 minutes for it all to come out. We obviously knew we’d be cutting it short on our lunch hour so EVENBEFORE we got our food I asked for the checks. why does any customer have to do that?! 4. oh god the food… a. ordered crispy fried shrimp… came out soggy b. honey mustard sauce for the chicken tenders smelled spoiled so that wasn’t eaten c. medium sirloin was cooked OVER well done… straight burnt. d. side dish was not brought out e. BLT sandwich’s top half of the bun had fallen on the floor and the server had to tell us that?! umm… why. f. Cesar salad had chicken on it when i didn’t ask for any meat(and was charged extra). g. None of our food tasted good… it was bland, cold, or just completely wrong. 5. customer service was awful. I want to blame it on our server. was he new? did he just not understand the concept of a lunch hour? what on earth HAPPENED? Needless to say none of us will be returning to this particular Friday’s EVER-AGAIN for lunch.

I recently visited this location as a celebration lunch with my training class. We arrived around noon just as the lunch crowd was coming in. They sat the group of us near a window. When we arrived the heater was blowing so it kept our area very comfortable. Around 5 minutes into our stay it shut off and the 20+mph wind plus teen temps had us putting our jackets on. Food service was quick and everyone’s food was awesome. Myself personally I got the Jack Daniels Chicken Sandwich which was awesome. My opinion, stay away from getting seated by the windows in cold temps. Overall the service for this chain was excellent. I would return here again.

My husband and I wanted to get ribs on a Sunday night but didn’t want to drive far. TGI Fridays was nearby. We ordered a full rack each of the Memphis BBQ and the Jack Daniels BBQ. Both were good, meat falls off the bone. We both agreed that the Jack Daniels was better. We also ordered a spinach dip as appetizer. This was ok but too pricey. It’s half off on Sunday’s if you order at the bar. We didn’t realize this until we got the bill. The service was good. Our waitress Jen came by and checked on us frequently.

Service at the bar is horrible. Took forever for someone to finally come over to take our order. Not sure why, there were 3 bartenders and the place wasn’t crowded at all. It took forever for someone to take our food order. My drink sat empty forever before someone asked if I wanted another. Our food came out cold. We will never come here again. Worst Friday’s EVER!

Went there for dinner Friday night. Used a coupon for Free Entrée. Service was better than we expected(if you get a great server, you get great service), food was only mediocre. I’d only go back for a free entrée because food is diner quality only. Cannot speak for their vast alcohol drink menu, because I can no longer drink like I’ve had in the past.

Absolutely hate this restaurant chain! I dont know why but each time I’ve tried to give this restaurant another chance, something happens here and at the one in Marlton! My sister and nieces came here for dinner and the service was horrible and slow. But still not a deal breaker. But when I got my meal and the rice(w the fajitas) tasted like soap I was disgusted! I told the server to taste it, even smell it because it was so strong smelling! And she noticed it right away. After speaking with a manager, no satisfaction whatsoever! Never again…

This place is great for groups, family or friends. The food is always good. I do not think I have ever had a bad meal here. The one thing that disappointment me is that they got rid of the 2 for whatever deals. Other than that they still have good drink specials. The wait staff has always been great. Parking is normally never an issue and they have handicap parking right out front. They also have a nice outdoor patio you can eat or drink at.
