My boyfriend I walked in during the Memorial Day sale after I had been having really bad back and neck pain and I needed a new mattress. We were helped by the very sweet «Vee» who was knowledgeable about my back condition, scoliosis, and helped my pick a great mattress. I felt like she really cared about me and was very down to earth, was super helpful and I felt like my boyfriend and I already knew her! Ask for her if you’re going to pick out a mattress.

NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL. I live in Mt Laurel and has been to this place several times with my friends. Each time I see different staff and to my surprise all of them share very common features. dis-respect full, sarcastic and un-interested. They make you rush into a decision with dirty sales techniques or make you feel bad if you decide not to buy anything.

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! We went in looking for 2 beds, the male employee did not acknowledge us. A young woman came in a few minutes later and he was all over her. He chatted her up at his desk and then yelled at my kids, who were giggling and trying out the beds (but not in a disrespectful way, keeping their feet on the pad at the bottom). It ruined my family’s night. I will be making my experience know via google groups, Facebook and Twitter.
