I don’t usually write reviews, but I am so pleased with the quality of service provided by my massage therapist that I feel compelled to share my opinion. Rod Amburgy is the best massage therapist I have ever had, and my friends whom I referred to Rod share this opinion. I first went to see Rod a few years ago, when my doctor recommended him for treatment oft my almost frozen shoulder, after I tried physical therapy with no success. Rod has not only resolved my shoulder problem, but he found and treated other problem areas. It wasn’t always without pain, but it was worth it. I strongly recommend Rod for treatment of any muscle ailments or pain, or to have an overall quality massage to help you feel better. He takes insurance and is very easy going. I loved every massage he gave me!

Rod’s knowledge and application of skills is the best! I have had massage for years from many therapist but, Rod is best for getting results and worth going to over a chiropractor or P.T. He takes insurance but even if you don’t have insurance his rates are affordable. I won’t go to anyone else now… why bother… he has helped me release the chronic knots in my body. He is awesome.

I’ve received several massage sessions at other professional massage therapists, but Lawrence R. Amburgy is the best. I have a lot of back and neck pain. Lawrence (Rod) was recommended to me by my physician. What a difference! The pain and the knots seem to melt away! I’ve received more benefit from massage therapy from Lawrence (Rod) Amburgy than any chiropractor that I’ve ever seen. He is also offers hypnosis, works on chakras, and other holistic techniques. He’s a very pleasant person and I enjoy talking with him about spirituality as well as other topics, while receiving my massage treatment. There is relaxing music or nature sounds in the background and the room is comfortable and pleasant. His fee is very reasonable and he does works with insurance companies.
