Pizza was great but a bit overpriced. Waited there. Nice people. Parking is weird. Mack & jack was awesome. Get the price down and I’ll give you another star. 1 large pizza and a glass of beer $ 36 is a bit much when you consider all the competition around.

So many places forget that the toppings play second fiddle to the crust. Not this place. Great crust, great typings, great pizza.

Being totally deserted on a Saturday night has me a little afraid to stop in, but my hosts assured it would be good dinner. Table of four ended up ordering like a table of eight; pizza, spaghetti, ravioli, salad, etc. Pizza was great, spaghetti was ok, ravioli was ok, salad was great, everything else I’m just gonna wrap up as being ‘alright’. Service was super quick(then again we were the only customers) but not as friendly as it could have been. Whole place just seems like it’s getting run down, not too clean, etc. Overall not the worst meal ever, maybe I’ll stop in for some pizza again, but definitely not my first choice.

Best pizza in the northwest. Has a great family environment and friendly servers who are always ready to make your day better. You can’t beat there lunch special. A big ol slice salad and drink for 9 bucks! You gotta try it cuz you gonna love it!

Ordered a pizza here(duh!). Crust was amazing, really enjoyed it. Overall the pizza was a good one. Definitely beats a chain franchise(Pizza hut, dominoes, etc.). Came a second time and ordered a calzone, also very delicious. Cool little pizza place in Mukilteo!

Food guy loves the hawaiian pizza. The dough is really good and the cheese they use is really good too. Its not like the fake cheese they use at pizza hut. It might cost more than pizza hut or papa johns but its taste 10 times better. Well worth the money!

Well we are from out of town and we’re looking for a great Pizzeria. All the reviews pointed here and naturally this is where I chose. This pizza we ordered was gone in a matter of minutes. It was so delicious. We had salad and pizza! Two thumbs up. The staff was nice the atmosphere was great and the food was equally as amazing.

I have ordered out here 3 times now and I have yet to be disappointed. May I just say the garlic bread is delicious and I can’t wait to try your pizza keep up the good work.

Great daily specials. I highly recommend the wedge salad, a generous serving piled with delicious bacon and bleu cheese. The lasagna is really meaty and delectable too! Management seems really nice. The owner gave us a free tiramisu because the lasagna was accidentally made with meat sauce instead of marinara, as we had initially ordered, but we ended up enjoying the meat sauce more anyway. I thought the Caesar salad dressing was fishy, but my boyfriend really liked it. Great crust and texture to the pizza, though a bit salty for my taste.

Wanted to do Happy Hour prior to the R. Kelly concert and ended up here. First thoughts prior to arriving here. Excellent! Looking forward to some good pizza and Italian food to satisfy cravings. Second thoughts after meal, here it comes: The service was good could have been excellent, I mean the server was attentive, but did not wipe down our table when we sat, as crumbs ruled the table the whole entire meal. The Chianti by Bellagio was really good; my wife and I had a few glasses and it gave me a nice relaxing buzz. Chianti is a red wine and for the initial sips of the Bellagio, it was a little tart, but after a few more sips, I liked it a lot because a little sweetness started to come out of it. The fried ravioli was the best dish they had for our meal. You can taste the fresh cheese out of it. At first, it tasted like mozzarella sticks, but after a little, you can taste the pasta with the cheese, deep-fried to perfection. The dipping sauces that came with it were ranch and marinara. I don’t believe they needed the ranch. The meatballs and marinara came in 2 giant meatballs. Yes, the picture I took looked good, but don’t let it fool you, the dish needed more seasoning and meatballs needed more moisture, as it was dry. The pesto chicken pizza tasted okay. I am a fan of their crust, but their pizza needed more seasoning. The chicken is going to be dry regardless, as it was already cooked and by it being in the oven, it is going to dry out. I definitely know why my wife never orders chicken pizza! Her lasagna was ok; it needed more seasoning and cheese. The restrooms were clean. It wasn’t busy when we came, as it was in between lunch and dinner times. Place looked decent; it looked like it would be busy if it was dinner time. We will be back to try other stuff, but this time, it was ok.

This is by far my husband’s favorite pizza north of Seattle. We go out of our way to come here because it is so delicious. We have never had a bad meal here. I just ordered for pick up and everybody there is so nice! Tina who checked us out was especially cool.

I’ve eaten here 3 times now, once dine in, and twice my wife and I had pizza delivered. I really like this place. The food is great and the service is also really good. We are new in town and have been trying some of the local pizza places, this place is way more than a pizza place though, the pizza is really good. In an area with several good pizza deliveries to choose from this place stands out. And if you’re looking for a good sit down meal, their entrée’s are very well prepared and taste amazing.

Delicious! I advise getting the ay caliente pizza. I concur all of the other comments about friendly and such. Very welcoming and caring staff. Happy hour apps and drinks are really good — especially the baked ravioli.

The Pizza is always good but way overpriced. I heard the guy named Carlos that works there talking about how much his child support is and how he should be making more since the pizza is so expensive while he was sitting at the bar in a drunken stupor and be leary of the stairway on the south side of the building and around back as well that is where the other half of the staff goes and smokes cigs along with a few other choice substances. but I guess that’s the type of people you attract when you pay people minimum wage!

Happy to say these guys are very responsive to customer concerns. They’ve kinda cornered the market on delivery pizza for Muk and north Lynnwood; they get pretty swamped on big days. Seems like everybody around here has had their pie. They have a good lineup of breads, salads, and pasta in addition to a couple dozen pies and calzones. The Elena is particularly good. They’ve always had nice kids driving the pies out, and their prices are fair. I’ve ordered from them probably half a dozen times over the last couple years, and always had a good experience. I’d definitely recommend them.

Wow! I just called to have take-out. The receptionist asked me to call back in 2 mins. yes«TWOMINUTES» because«we don’t take orders for take out till 5:30.» I glanced at my watch and realized it was indeed not 5:30 but 5:29. She actually wanted me to call back? I hope this is not a strict restaurant policy. Sorry, but I will not be ordering here anytime soon.

I remember when Lombardo’s was in the old location near Highway 99 and I’d come in for lunch break. They had pizza by the slice then and one time I ordered a BBQ pizza. They took a red sauce pizza and put bbq on top of the red sauce. I never would have envisioned someone doing this. That and the tap water was undrinkable. I was curious about their new location because they’ve completely redone everything however their online menu says they use Bullseye BBQ sauce out of a JAR! The odd thing is they advertise the fact that they don’t make their sauce. Still curiosity killed the cat(or in this case the chance of going back). I ordered a salad and a small bbq pizza. The odd thing about the pizza was that the BBQ sauce from the jar was the best thing on it. The chicken was bland, it was over cheesed and the crust was burnt. It wasn’t so horrible that I’d never eat here but it was just not that impressive. As a side note the salad was very boring, roughly equivalent to just getting a salad mix from the store and dumping it on a plate. The space is a lot nicer than the old one and technically the service was fine because we were’t left wanting anything. The service however, wasn’t very warm and the building felt like it had half as much stuff in it that it should have. Large and empty. The good point though is that they have booths! Not may booths around anymore. I just can’t see going out of my way for Lombardo’s if Cactus Jacks is just down the street. Oh, I really would give it 2.5 stars if Unilocal would let me.

Unimpressive pizza. I’m from a suburb of NYC, so I’ve had a lot of good pizza in my life. This was several steps below the pizza I’ve had in Seattle, including Big Mario’s, Piecora’s, and Belltown Pizza. It was OKish taste-wise, but texturally it reminded me of the thick, mushy pizza you get in New England. It was a big multi-pizza order, so maybe they were rushed and I should give them another shot, but the crazy review responses on here are off-putting. A little tact goes a long way. EDIT: Got it again. Confirmed mushy pizza.

I had been eating at Lombardos for many years. I always got the meatball grinder which is delicious. One big problem at the old place is its hard not to notice nobody ever washes there hands. I have seen the owner countless times handle money, then turn around and start spread cheese on a pizza. Like I said the grinder was worth the terrible sanitation issues. After they moved I went a couple of times for my grinder. The staff are slow and rude. The cooks and delivery guys are always standing out front smoking cigarettes. I love watching my cook smoking right before he doesn’t wash his hand and makes my grinder. So what’s left to go back too? Sorry guys nothing. Since you brought it up, I checked the health departments web site and you were in violation of two health codes on 11⁄2012. 3 – 305.11 Food stored 6″ off the floor in clean, dry location & not stored in prohibited areas Comply by: Nov 29, 2012 RECOMMENDEDRESOLUTION: 4 – 602.13 Nonfood-contact surfaces cleaned at frequency to prevent buildup of residue Comply by: Nov 29, 2012 RECOMMENDEDRESOLUTION: Increase the frequency of cleaning.

Used to go to the old location and loved it. Traffic was horrible last night so we stopped in here with my in laws. Nice new location, tons of staff but not a lot of customer’s. Hmm. That should have been a heads up I suppose. We were seated right away, drink orders taken etc. Our waitress was a little out there. She seemed like she was super distracted, nervous or otherwise. I am not sure. All I know is I am a stickler for good customer service. We ordered a medium cheese, medium meat trio and a full order of garlic bread. Now, at the old location we had it and if I recall right it was a pretty large portion. The waitress tells us about the specials after we had just ordered. Aren’t you supposed to do that first? Yeah… Brings out the garlic bread and I ish you not, 3 small pieces on a plate. WHAT? So FIL tries to flag her down to ask her about it and she is in her own world. Finally he gets her attention as she is putting a check in. She looks over at the table and goes«If this is about the garlic bread, yes that is a full order.» Wow, So you have had this issue in the past and knew we would say something. Crazy. We had to order some more because this was not enough for even 2 people let alone the 4 adults and toddler we had. 20 mins later pizza comes. Served by the owner. He stated that the cheese pizza had stayed in the oven just a bit too long but he would be bringing a new one out shortly. You just redeemed yourself in the lack of the waitress. Thank you! Food overall was good. It is the service that needs to be worked on and also the portion issue. Waitress hovered over the bill waiting for us to pay. We were working on our beers and were going to socialize a bit. It is not like they needed the table. FIL Paid and she took forever to run the damn card so what was the rush? OY.
