Horrible customer service. We ordered a medium pizza and had a coupon online for(customer appreciation) for 50% off. Kate the manager or whatever her name was did not let us use the coupon even after we asked if we can order it online real quick. She was not polite at all and gave us attitude which was super unprofessional, being a papa murphys client for a long time i was pretty shocked with the service we received at this location.

Horrible customer service. First bad experience, they refused to accept coupons from a cell phone claiming that I had to have the printed copy with me. Then tonight, wanting to take advantage of the 50% off promotion via online ordering, I found that the website was down. I called the location and asked that since the website was down, if they would honor the 50% discount via phone order. The guy put me on hold to ask his supervisor. He came back, telling me that they couldn’t honor the price for«reasons he did not know.» I told him to tell his supervisor that if that’s the case, I would not be ordering pizza from them tonight. In turn, he rudely said«well I’m sure we’ll see you again» and hung up. Sorry dude, but you definitely won’t be seeing me again!

I’ve never had a bad pie here! Today we got the taco Pizza, i added some tortilla strips on top after it was cooked and some Fresh lettuce shreds and man if it wasn’t the most beautiful child of the pizza and the taco! Fantastic! Always fast friendly service! Gluten free here is Delish too!

We called in a pizza tonight with a coupon. It was a $ 13 for a stuffed pizza deal. However, in the rush to get out the door to pick it up before they closed we left the coupon on the table(that was out fault). We explained all of this and the tall guy on duty said he couldn’t give us the price without the coupon. We explained what it looked like and asked if we could get another one or they could use the one that was on our new pizza. He said he couldn’t because his manager didn’t like him doing that. At this point we had two choices — buy the pizza anyway or leave it. We should have just told him we no longer wanted the pizza and since they were closing they’d have to throw it out. It would have been interesting to see what he would have done. It would have been interesting if he could have figured out what would be the best economic choice for both Papa Murphy’s and the long time customers standing in front of him. However, we bought the pizza anyway. On the way out the door I looked at my significant other and said«This is going to cost them more than $ 5 isn’t it?» and she said yes, a lot more. Businesses that take care of their customers will be taken care of BY their customers. We have been buying pizza here for 8 years. I cannot support a business that cares so little about return business so we will not be back.

Way too many employees are sick at this joint. I urge you not to go have them make your pizza. So many are not taking care of themselves and are infecting each other and all of us. It’s disgusting. In heard one of the younger employees finally ended up going to the doc and found out they had bronchitis, got a doctors note to be off for a few days, and the manager wasn’t happy abt it one bit and told them to just quit. They didn’t cuz it doesn’t work that way. Oh another thing, that tip jar you drop your dollars in doesn’t go to the employees, nope, it goes directly into the managers pocket. So unfair for these young workers to be lied to and treated with no respect.

This place doesn’t honor current advertised TV specials!!. For several weeks TV adds have been advertising Papa Murphy’s «Perfect Pizza» for only $ 9 for a limited time. I also just received Papa Murphy coupons in the mail which had this same deal(the coupon is redundant, since the TV adds indicates it is a walk in price, no coupon is needed.) So as I am about to go get pizza, I think to myself if I need to take the coupons, but I remember I just saw the add on TV today so I have no worries and leave without the coupons. I get to Papa Murphy’s on The Mukilteo Speedway, where I have been a loyal customer for several years(I even wrote them a 5 star Unilocal review previously) and the gal at the counter says something to the effect that this location just pulled out of that promotion yesterday. I tell her I just saw the add on TV today so I think they should honor it — but she indicates that this location has decided not to. I roll my eyes and tell her I wont be back! I get to my car and decide I really do need to come home with pizza. I go back in and tell her fine go ahead and charge me full price, but I wont be back and I will pull my 5 star review from Unilocal. She finally says she will honor it this one time. As I was waiting for my pizza, another customer came in and requested the same special and was denied and told the deal had«expired»(which is a lie). She didn’t fuss as much as I did, so she paid full price. I went home and still saw the adds on TV for the special price. PS– my previous 5-star review from several years ago seems to be gone as well as all other past reviews for this establishment. It’s like they started new with Unilocal. PSS — i just figured out they have 2 Unilocal pages for the same establishment. Probably because they moved across the street a few years ago. This page is actually their old location. Here is new: I also notice at that page another Unilocal reviewer also complains about them not honoring advertised specials.

I love this place. I do ache with the gluten free pizza though and I don’t at garlic Jims but garlic Jims is almost $ 30.00 for gluten free and this half the price. But they had a taco pizza here before, it looked so good.

I just didn’t feel like fixing dinner tonight but I can preheat to 425! Had a difficult time deciding between the new lite crust(thin), deep dish or order my wife’s favorite, used a coupon for $ 3.00 off and watched the great crew make a gorgeous Vegetarian pie! Must have weighed 5 pounds with all the toppings including green peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomato chunks and olives. 16 minutes after preheat and dinners on the table. I liked how the crust had the right amount of crispness as I cut the slices with the pizza wheel. My compliments to the chef! Pretty darn tasty and you can press the EZ button!
