Decent food for your average pizza joint, but the service was soooo slow! There are a lot of servers but for some reason it just isn’t working. First of all the hostess said the wait was 15 min when it was really 30. Next it took another 30 – 40 min for our food to arrive, which was only some apps and sandwiches. Overall good food, but with a disproportionate amount of pizza joints in such a small town, the slow service makes this one not worth it.

Good consistent home town restaurant. Gravy(sauce) tastes like my Nonnas from Naples Italy. The food is always fresh, and very good. Cappuccino and desserts are great. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and polite. Our go to place when staying close to home.

Stopped in 2 weeks ago with the kids after apple picking at a local farm. Definitely glad we did! Fiancé’ is a burger aficionado and couldn’t stop raving about the burger he ordered. I have to say, he’s tried many burgers and said this is one of the best he’s ever had. I ordered the veggie wrap which also came with fries. The wrap was flavorful and a much bigger portion than I anticipated so I ended up taking half of it home. Kids split a few slices of pizza and a cheese steak, which also came with fries, and both were very good. Service was quick, food was nice and hot, waitstaff was friendly and great with the kiddies, which I noticed at the table next to us as well. We’ve ordered pizza to go from Naples on a few other occasions and now I know we will have a nice place to stop to dine in when in the area.

Good pizza. Cheese steak slice was awesome. They had a thanksgiving gobbler slice(cheese, turkey, stuffing, gravy) that was slightly weird, but they took a shot, and I can appreciate that. You wont be disappointed. Good customer service. I’d eat here again.

My boyfriend and I can be seemingly hard to please costumes. Especially my boyfriend. He asks a lot of questions about the menu so he gets the best food a place has to offer. Our server at Naples was wonderful. Answered all of our questions and gave us suggestions. He even remembered our babygirls name and paid some attention to her. Overall service was exceptional. As far as the food is concerned, it was awesome. We ordered the seafood trio for our appetizer and I was blown away by the amount of seafood in it. Same with the seafood in the pasta we ordered. You’re getting way more than your paying for here with food and service! Enjoy!

Random fact you must know: Their homemade caesar dressing is fantastic. You should probably somehow incorporate that dressing into your meal. It’s not that dark and watery crap. It’s a legit thick/creamy dressing. Naples was pretty good on a recent visit. I ordered the crispy chicken salad — originally with honey mustard but I later added the caesar after trying my mom’s wrap dressing. Also tried a slice of their gourmet Chicken Cheddar pie. Salad: Good! It almost reminded me of that one salad I used to get at Applebee’s back in the day. Fried chicken salad? Yes. That. Very similar. Nice portion size too. Pizza: Eh. I was not a fan of it. Even in my posted photo, it looks pretty sad. The flavors just didn’t meld together well. Plus, it seemed far too thick for its crust. I have heard positive opinions from others about their gourmet/traditional options, so maybe I just picked the wrong choice. Fair warning, if you don’t order a dinner meal but request rolls, you’ll be charged $ 0.40 per roll. Interesting pricing, but I get it. Rolls are very good. Overall, this is a standard SJ pizza restaurant.

Naples pizzeria has always been a great family Mullica hill restaurant with terrific food. I have recently ordered from their restaurant because I wanted to give them one more chance considering the worsening food quality since their relocation. I have ordered tuna subs which smelled and tasted rotten, pasta with strange tasting sauce, and their famous«south philly pizza«which has become laughable. This restaurant is far past its prime and I suggest looking for a different pizza place in the area to dine.

My review is solely on the service I’ve received at the restaurant numerous times now. The food has been fine. I’ve ordered take out three times this week between my husband and I and each time I felt as though the waitstaff at the counter had no time to help. I understand when the restaurant is busy, like tonight was a Friday night, you may need to wait longer and may not get superior service. But the other two nights there was no crowd at all. Tonight two different times when being helped two different people walked away while in the middle of getting my order. They acted like it was a hassle to get my take out order. I’m pretty sure that’s what pizza places do. Additionally, for the third night this week, after giving me my credit card receipt to sign they walked away! No waiting for me to hand it back to them. Nothing! They just disappeared. Three times in a row! Ridiculous. I’m patient. I understand and have worked in the restaurant business. But once your helping someone there is no excuse just to walk off with no explanation. I guess they had my money there was no need to continue to speak to me. Very disappointing considering I’ve been a good customer.

I ordered a chicken cheese steak and got a meatball sub. It didn’t taste bad, but when I only order one food item and a soda, I expect them to be able to remember the ONLY food that I ordered. Apparently that was too much to ask.

This place is delicious! We’ve yet to have a meal we haven’t loved. Their mussels in a white sauce is phenomenal. The seafood pizza with red sauce is a party for your palate. Their baked ziti is a cheese lover’s dream. The list goes on. Check it out for yourself. You can’t go wrong.

Great pizza with even better service. We ordered 20 wings, large Sicilian pizza and a medium regular pizza. Everything came out as expected. The Sicilian pizza crust was crunchy like toast– perfect! The service was outstanding. EVERY server stopped over to make sure we were satisfied. The service model appears to be–«everyone is your customer, regardless if the table is assigned to you. «. We loved it! Tiffany was terrific as our«assigned» server. I highly recommend Naples. It’s a hidden gem.

I wish I could write 2 reviews. 4 stars for their«regular» food. 3 stars for pizza. This is for pizza specifically– So-so. A lot of slices options if you like to try variety. Last time we got pizza it took at least 30 mins for 2 slices and a medium pie. When we got it at the table, neither were hot. And I don’t even like my food super hot so that’s saying something. The sauce was delicious. Crust tasted good but was soggy! :(I’ve had slices before with chicken on them a while ago and they were also cold. Also the chicken just tastes… off. Would not order pizza with chicken on it again if I ordered pizza again at all.

Ordered pizza and garlic bread for take out. Decent pizza but nothing earth shattering. Probably one of the better options in the area. Tons of cheese and I like that. Garlic bread was really good, too. Worth checking out. Service at the counter was very nice.

Best pizza around! Great cheesesteaks, fries, chicken parm, etc. defiantly recommend! The service can be extremely slow and employees(and the company) seem to be trying way too hard to be an upscale restaurant.

Great Pasta, Pizza & Prices. Just stared going a few months back to the newer location across the street. Never wait to be seated, or for service & food. Never been disappointed, always that homemade taste!

A little on the pricy side, but the portions are very generous. I’ve found that if you don’t specify when you order entrees, they put your pasta on the side in red sauce, which is weird with saucey entrees, but if you ask when you order, they mix it in.

I have gone to their old location many times for their excellent buffalo wings, well priced lunch specials, or just a delicious pie to go. However, I always hesitated to bring the family for dinner because the parking was horrible and the dining room was — to be honest — pretty ugly. When I saw that Naples had moved across the street into new digs, I decided to bring the family and check it out. The new dining room is much prettier and more comfortable. The wait staff and management is friendly, eager, and work well as a team. The food was good, especially for the price, and the portions were gigantic — we immediately boxed half our entrees. I had the veal fiorentino — the veal was not tough and had a nice ratio of spinach, prosciutto, and cheese. My wife had the chicken bruschetta which was good, but very garlicky. My son had the cheesy pasta, which was awesome for him. He chose to add shrimp, which was genius — definitely recommended. For dessert, we had the homemade millefoglie, which was definitely worth it. The only negative to this visit was the pace of the meal was EXTREMELYSLOW. The staff was attentive, but I think the kitchen may still be getting used to the extra business created by the larger room. I would definitely go back for a convenient, good meal for the family, but make sure to leave extra time if you go.
