We had a «birthday girl,» so she picked Fazoli’s. Price wise it as at least ½ of the fancy Italian don the street, all were happy with their meal. They lived their breadsticks, & I do too, but it’s «Dry» for me.

Food was OK for a chain restaurant. Quantity was good. Selection was limited. It was clean, and quiet. I will be back there from time to time.

I am still perturbed when they decided to quit bringing out free bread sticks. They reversed that decision, but what used to be a very busy place isn’t anymore. That plus the portion sizes seem to have gotten smaller. When you consider that the lowest percentage cost item in a restaurant is usually the food, when they start scrimping on that, the place is usually hurting.

I fell in love with Fazoli’s about 10 years ago when I had my first bite of their baked ziti. ha This is a true story. And in all seriousness, let’s not forget about their mouth watering(yet greasy) breadsticks. Breadsticks of love — and breadsticks of calories. Isn’t that how it usual works? I lived in Muncie for 4 years while attending Ball State University. Fazoli’s was always affordable and quick — which is the core quality any college student seeks in a fast food restaurant. I have had no issues with this place. Zip. Zero. So, if you’re a student looking for a cheap plate of baked ziti to add fuel to your drained body and mind, take a drive down McGalliard and hit up Fazoli’s.

I like Fazoli’s food just fine, but I hate eating inside the place. It’s typically a fairly crowded joint and I have yet to be in there when there aren’t kids running around like drunken monkeys.(Yes, I know, it’s geared toward families, that’s part of why I avoid going inside.) I notice the other reviews here are not super recent so I will update you: they don’t come around with bread sticks anymore. Those days are over. If you want more, you have to go back up to the counter and request them. Definitely a bummer, because the bread sticks are the best thing about the restaurant.

The service is ok. The food is really really really really really good! But the last time I was there the waitresses/waiters were stingy with the breadsticks, but I’m sure they just had an off-day. Great Place… how could you say something bad about the place? :D
