I love this Starbucks. Well managed. Friendly efficient staff. My complaint however is that I feel as if I am bothering them to ask for decaf. They are supposed to have decaf available until noon and they rarely do. They ask you if you want a Pour Over or Americana. If you choose Americana they charge you more. Pour overs take longer and are never as good. Just give me the coffee I want!

This Starbucks is always hoppin’! Ive never seen the drive thru or the parking lot anywhere near empty! I’ve always had fast and pleasant experiences at this particular Starbucks location. There is a lot of seating, but the store itself isn’t very large, so the tables tend to be pretty close; but they do have tables that are good for working and they also have some cushy lounge chairs.

It’s starbucks, you know what that’s all about.
As for this store, I can say that it is clean and well run. The staff is friendly and efficient. The only downside here is the parking. And the fact that it’s in Muncie and you can’t sit outside for half of the year. And even when you can, it’s on a busy street…
