They have the supplies, clean facilities, daytime support and advice about how much space is needed and what movers will/can do. They made my move into storage easy and helped me to get in quickly. Enthusiastic employees who like their jobs! I cant say that the 2014 reviews are accurate anymore. You need to see for yourself! I would use them again and I have moved many times and have some experience.

This building has changed hands a couple times in the last several years. The current management is terribly rude. I wish A American was still there.
there was also 1 review marked as not recommended that I think it was probably TOO harsh, but still very rude. I see some other more recent reviews that say how great they are, but if you are not there to spend money, I can assure you that her true colors will show.

Round Lake, IL

The worst place in all of Lake County to do business with, not friendly at all. I had rented from the previous owners of the property and loved the people and the place. Since the new ownership took over, the place is ran like a prison. The Manager that runs the place is an unhappy woman that looks like Jabba the Hut from Star Wars and has a personality like a Pit Bull. Do not rent from them, also their receipts are little tiny slips, that you can barely read. If you wait a week or two, the ink disappears off the receipt too.
