Purchased a Medline over the toilet safety rail for my Mom. Was shipped two right hand rails — so could not use. Medline — a person named Jill — blamed the shipper and said they must have messed up on the packaging even thought the item came packaged in a Medline box. Very rude — and would do nothing. Based on this callousness, never again.

Medline is the best!!! I needed some surgery on my ankle back on the 11th, insurance issues pushed it to the 18th. So we tried to order the knee walker I would need through a different vendor on the 13th. A lot of back and forth with other vendor, Apria,(did a review) and we get to Monday this week. So on Monday 25 we looked online for another vendor. We found Medline and placed it with them after giving insurance information. So now I have 2 orders for the same thing. I wanted to see which one would come first. I decided to call both on Wednesday 27th to get an update. Apria this time gave me different info saying it was back ordered, first time they ever they said it was back ordered. I called Medline and the rep said it was with billing and once cleared they would call me. Ok another waiting game. To my surprise I get a call from Medline later that saying it was being shipped. It should be here by Friday. To my horror as I am working down stairs the dog starts to flip out. «Ding dong», the doorbell goes, who could that be? The wife gets up to see and it my equipment? WTH, they said Friday not Thursday. Ok this is good. So I call Apria back to cancel the order, the rep says they have it ready to go, I tell her I was supposed to get a call when ready. She then says she needs to call the local office to confirm. Why do you need to call if it is ready to go I ask, she needed to make sure it is there. Don’t bother I say as I don’t need it from you anymore. 12 workdays for Apria and 4 for Medline. I know not all offices are the same as it came the office in my area, DC metro area, but I would tip my hat if I wore one.

I had crutches once when I was little, but I never ever thought I’d be seeing a cane before the age of 80. I was pretty defiant in the pharmacy about not wanting to get it. But, sigh, I did. And, double sigh, I’ve been walking it around. Unexpected side effect: I’m part of the in-crowd now with senior citizens — they give up their seats for ME now on public transit and gesture ME first through doorways and such. Thanks, but… I really just look forward to not needing this anymore. Don’t worry, we can still be BFFs after I’ve moved on.

We contacted Medline in our endless search for gloves that had great tactile response, and were impermeable to the harsh chemicals in hair color. At the end of a week, my huband’s fingertips look like hamburger. We’ve been to top dermatologists in Sacramento and they all told us the same thing-«Find another line of work». Definitely not possible, so we kept searching for solutions. I called this company out of desperation. They assigned me a corporate rep –Sarah Cunningham, who helped ‘unusual requests’(I believe they supply hospitals and such). I told her our woes, and she immediately sent out samples. Well one of them worked. We now have a solution thanks to Medline, for a problem we have had for over 20 years! They followed up to make sure we received the samples. Followed up again to see how we liked the samples. Great Follow-Up! We’re busy so it’s alwasy appreciated. When we were ready to order, Sarah was out so another rep, Tammy Orr helped us complete our order. When Sarah came back, she followed up again to make sure we were happy and that the order had arrived! Both women have great customer service skills! And they never made us feel like we were the«little guy». WE are so thankful to Medline and are going to tell every salon owner in Sacramento about the gloves!
