McDonald’s

They were making fun of a customer. I had coupons and was not sure if I could use more than one, so my teenaged son ordered inside (he did not use the coupon). He heard the crew members, saying my eyes were dilated and that I was shaking. They were saying I am on DRUGS. They were laughing at my expense. I am waiting to have surgery for thyroid eye disease and I am not on drugs. I did the survey on the receipt, and asked to be contacted by phone. McDonald’s has not called me back to discuss what happened. I also had to pull forward to wait for my food, which is common for this site. It is also next to train tracks, so sometimes traffic can block you from leaving. I won’t be back after being slandered. Customers no longer order directly to a person.

I needed a really fast lunch today and stopped in the newly remodeled Munroe Falls restaurant. I was expecting something impressive after reading about it in both the Stow Sentry and the Beacon Journal, but it was really underwhelming. The picture here is from the Beacon’s website. It’s supposed to look like a modern bistro, but I call a major fail on that.
The bulk of the over $ 100,000 the owner spent must have gone in the kitchen because the food was excellent. I have never seen such perfect, light, almost fluffy fries ever at a McDonalds anywhere in North America. The quarter pounder was very good as well.

Drive thru is at window talking to a real person while ordering (I kinda like this aspect)
They always just like the others try to get out of coupons
I love old lady’s but the ones here are just a little to mean for my taste
But can’t blame them I guess
Just how Mcdonalds is
It is clean
I would like a option for paper towels in the bathroom though I don’t like to touch the door handle when leaving any bathroom
Most stars I could give any McDonalds
So go if you must
