The manager here is a complete moron and jerk! He even brags about only going to college for one year on Facebook and still having the assistant manager position. Then someone decided he should be promoted to manager. Worst decision ever! He has no idea how to manage anything, let alone a store.
I have watched how he treats hard working employees while I was shopping there (which won’t happen ever again). He has gotten rid of all the best cashiers to replace them with lazy and incompetent ones. If the District Managers want to see improvements in this store, they need to start hiring intelligent and quality managers.

This is a great store. Huge variety and the employees are helpful and friendly. If there is something you want that they don’t have, they will order it.

O.K. So everyone else that came here had a bad time. That’s because they didn’t load their cart up with candy. Bill, the store manager was very helpful and even went in the back to look for more of those melt in your mouth Russell Stover chocolate covered marshmallows. I am having a Halloween party, so I had to get enough to last from now til then. They need to make the bags bigger! How Rude!

Wow, yeah. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a supermarket that was this large, yet so incredibly crappy. All I wanted was some apple juice for my cousin’s kids. There’s aisle market «Juices» in the same isle as soda, but there’s no apple or cranberry juice there. Instead, you have to look near the orange juice, where you find a smattering of other juices. I scored the last bottle of apple juice in the entire store for $ 4. Gee, what a bargain.

produce prices are very high yah… but the quality is 5* above what Stack’s sells… it si funni though the thing they are running now…*lowering our prices to meet the needs of our community* … umm NO … your lowering your prices because they were so freaking high it was a rip-​off haha… the thing they do. buy one get one free? watch the prices kids…99% of everything is cheaper at Strax or Ultra… good liquor section though :-) … and i only give the 3rd star becuz of the seafood counter… very fresh fish on most acounts… i do miss Cookie though… she knew her stuff bout fish… i heard she is at the Dyer store now… and i have always found the store to be very clean…

Eh, after reading Marisa R.‘s review I wanted to chime in that this Jewel is filthy, nasty and smells of rotting fish. Haven’t stepped foot inside in years. Ick.
