This is the worst run doctors office i have ever encountered. 1.5 hour wait to see the physician. Rude and uninformed front office staff. Waited for authorization for a procedure for SEVEN weeks, which I was told would be 2 weeks. And because they had difficulties with insurance companies, they make YOU pay up front for some procedures so they don’t get«stiffed.» I had an appointment when their computers were down during my last visit, and as a result they made you sign a waiver that says you will pay if your insurance does not. While Dr. Rosenfeld seems likes a good physician, it is difficult to put a lot of confidence in this office when it is so grossly mismanaged. They are also not HIPAA compliant which is a whole topic in and of itself.

Saw Dr. Andrea DeLeo regarding issues with my mother. Wait times are extremely long. Over 2 hours the first time and over 1 hour the second and that was only because we threatened to leave if she wasn’t in the room in 5 minutes. Was not prepared for the visit. Wasn’t even sure she was in the right patient room! Was reviewing test results for tests she had mother take while we sat there, rather than going over the«plan of action» as she had stated would be done at this visit. Plan to tell my mother’s family physician that he shouldn’t recommend her to future neuro patients.

I’m only familiar with Dr. Gupta, so I can’t speak to the practice as a whole, but I’m very impressed with her. After experiencing sudden and severe vertigo out of nowhere, Dr. Gupta has thoroughly diagnosed my condition and she follows up with monthly appointments to assess my progress with my Occupational Therapist, Donna, at the Center for Dizziness and Balance a mile or so down the road(the recently moved from directly across the street to just south of the veteran’s memorial park at Fitness Pointe). I feel as though I’m in good hands with Dr. Gupta and Donna, and I trust they will help me make a full recovery. With that said, the receptionists can be a bit prickly and appointments are difficult to schedule. Wait time can be lengthy at the clinic as well, but this seems to be the norm at most doctors’ offices. Park on the 2nd floor of the garage(take your ticket with you), follow the pedi bridge to the elevator, then head to suite 404 on the 4th floor. On the way out, don’t forget to trade your parking ticket for a token from the grumpy dude at the desk near the exit. He has one job and one job only, be he acts like trading your ticket is as difficult as brain surgery or rocket science or… neurological diagnosis.
