Came in to get a phone for my wife. Salesman signed us up for a plan with friends and family. We went home and got online to set up plan, and there was no friends and family. Came in the next day to find out that everything we were told was a complete lie. Can you say bait and switch! Now we are locked into a two year plan that is more expensive than we intended to get.
