Worst Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to. Extreme slow service despite not busy. 15 minutes to get food. They walked around the restaurant to find me while I waited at the pick up counter… where you are supposed to be. Manager was very unfriendly and looked like she had no clue how to run a restaurant. Other customers next to me were contemplating walking out. Also, only Chick Fil A in the nation that I’ve seen that doesn’t give a military discount. Wow.

This place is always insanely busy on Fridays, holidays, and weekends. This town is in dire need of another Chick-​fil-​a.

I’ve returned several times since my horrible experiences, and I’m impressed. They have not messed up my order at all & there’s lemonade.
The fries today are PERFECT, they’re fresh and not burnt.
Let’s just hope they keep this up!

This place is the shit if you can get your order in because it’s always packed out to the street but it’s very good so I see why

I’ve once heard someone describe Chick-fil-A’s chicken as chicken that has been «kissed by Jesus». hahaha But seriously, Chick-​fil-​A is really good.
Let’s talk breakfast… Chick-​fil-​a has the best fast food breakfast, hands down. I LOVE the chicken biscuits!!! You can also order their chicken biscuit spicy if you want a little kick. I order mine with tater tots and an orange juice. Breakfast ends at 10:30am.
For dinner, there are so many choice! I’ve been watching my calories, so when I’ve been there lately, I get their chicken nuggets. I also really like their Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich (it has bacon!). I also make sure I get some fries.
They also have the best milk shakes — super creamy and very filling! My favorite is the Cookies and Cream milkshake… yuuummm!
My absolute FAVORITE thing at Chick-​fil-​A is the Chick-​fil-​A sauce. Surprisingly not many people know about this sauce, and they don’t really advertise it, but it is AMAZING! I get 3 – 4 packets when I go (and I’m sure I have some in my refrigerator right now…). It looks like honey mustard, but it doesn’t really taste like honey mustard. I’m not sure what’s in it, just ask for it and try it!
The only thing that I don’t like about Chick-​fil-​A food is that it is a little overpriced for fast food. You will order a meal and it’s over $ 9.
If you’ve never been to a Chick-​fil-​A, just know that their employees are the nicest people you will ever meet at a fast food joint. They are encouraged to be super friendly! At this Chick-​fil-​A, it is no different. It is always packed, super packed at peak hours, but the wait time is normally shorter than you would expect. This is because they will put 1 – 2 people outside to take your order.
I will be a regular check-​in at this Chick-​fil-​A!

Love the Chick, and unless you’re from some far out planet you do as well.
This restaurant is always very clean and ALWAYS extremely busy !!! The problem is this location is the only Chick Fil A in Murfreesboro. I mean they could build another one right next door and still be crazy busy .
I have eaten here often and the food is very consistent it’s always good. I have to be honest and say I can’t remember EVER send back anything at a Chik Fil A !!!
That being said I’d recommend this or any other Chick Fil A. Just be ready to wait … And wait … And wait … Then … Wait some more !

Been to this Chick-​fil-​A a few times for lunch but never thought about breakfast here. I attended a class for my work and they catered the breakfast & boy was I impressed! I decided to stop this morning & try it out. This store has such a friendly staff that turn out the food fast. I had the chicken bites when I was at the class (which are addicting) so today I got the breakfast burrito. It was awesome! I got the #5 deal which was the burrito, tater tot hash brown kinda things & a drink for less than 6 bucks. Great food at a reasonable price & super friendly staff! Thanks guys, I got a new favorite!

Coming during lunch rush hour, they knew exactly what to do. The line is out the entrance for drive thru. They had nice courteous (of course with chick-​fil-​a) employees out with ordering iPads put in orders beforehand to keep things moving. Pleased with my experience.

Who doesn’t love Chick-​fil-​A? Whether it’s the original chicken sandwich or the awesome spicy chicken, this location is spot on. Tenders and nuggets are right up there as well. Traffic into the lot can get backed up since they stay very busy, but they have come up with creative ways to keep the line moving at a fast pace.
When it comes to breakfast, stick with the chicken mini’s, or at least anything not on a biscuit. I don’t know what the deal with their biscuits is, but they could gag a billy goat. Oddly, it’s just the ones at this location. Aside from that anomaly, you can’t go wrong here.

Excellent service. Each employee was very friendly. The food was delicious. I love to see them always busy with customers. Even when busy, they were friendly!

All employees are very polite and kind. Especially the ones in the drive through. Want a quick bite to eat? Pick Chick-​fil-​a for a tasty and fast bite to eat.

Chick Fil A is hands down the BEST fast food restaurant in the US. Incredible customer service, delectable food, and a relaxing environment, even as I write this on Black Friday. They take care of you from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. I don’t live near one so when I do get to enjoy it is the highlight of my day. I love that they close early, and I love that they are closed Sundays. You stay classy Chick Fil A, I’m a huge fan!!!

Great place to eat. The most friendly staff out of all the ones I have been too. Must be why they are so busy all the time. There drive through line is always in the street. And the inside is also packed.

Probably the nicest Chick-​fil-​A I have been in. There are fresh flowers on every table. The kids all get a balloon. The employees where the nicest I have EVER seen. I actually felt good when i left. The manager brought over a high chair, they brought out my food and drinks. There was a lady with condiments, mints and napkins asking if we needed anything or if she could get us a refill. This place is on it! I will go there over any fast food chain any day!

We love this Chick fil a! I don’t know if they whip their employees in the back or what, but everyone is always so kind, polite and happy! Fresh flowers on the table, consistent food and it’s clean!

The people in here were rude.

This Chick-​Fil-​A started my love for waffle fries and it introduced me to the plain awesomeness of their famous chicken sammich. They’re also fairly priced. I hate that the corporate ownership projects their religious beliefs into the operations of the company (i.e. being closed on Sunday and publicly advertising their homophobic political stance).
5 stars for the food, but since the corporate owners insist on politicizing their product, I give them 0 stars for their politics. Net result: 3 stars.

Filling. Good. Crowded (huge lunch rush). Friendly.

Chick-​Fil-​A never seems to disappoint. And this one was no different The cashier, Rebecca, introduced herself by name and was very polite and pleasant. This is honestly not a norm for most fast food restaurants so it was great. I don’t think I’ve been to many fast food restaurants that have consistent pleasant employees the way that Chick-​Fil-​A does.
We went for breakfast, and the meals that we had were awesome. We will definitely go there again!
