Freaky Fast Delivery is the truth here. Friendly delivery guy who came out in the snow storm with my sandwich. Order was correct and so very tasty.

I waited AN HOUR for 2 subs to be delivered and when the driver got here he didn’t even bother to apologize. I thought jimmy johns prided themselves are there «fast» delivery times. $ 18 for 2 cold sandwiches! If it had been 15 min delivery it would’ve been worth it. In the hour I waited I could’ve went to Kroger and bought the stuff to make it myself!

After I posted a review, they called me to discuss feedback I left on their site. The end of a 5 minute conversation was essentially «that is the recipe» and they will not consider honoring a request to cut one piece of bread into two lengthwise. If I ever saw a more complete abandonment of «the customer is always right» I do not recall it. You get it their way or you can go elsewhere. You can get any sandwich on the menu and you can ask them to add guacamole or leave off mayo, but if you ask «hey can you cut my bread all the way through instead of leaving it connected on one side» the answer is no. How ridiculous to the point of being comical that a sandwich shop can be so unwilling to honor a customer request especially when there are so many other shops offering just as good or better quality.

Can’t beat the price! Ordered on a Saturday night and my order was here in 20 minutes. I paid $ 12 bucks for 2 subs that were great!

i don’t know what it is about the veggie sandwich (add hot peppers) but it is my favorite sandwich anywhere! it’s simple and delicious. their salt and vinegar chips are great too. open late. it’s better than taco bell.

Excellent food. Their bread is amazing. I definitely opt for this place when I want a sandwich. Service is usually quick when I stop in.

My first experience with Jimmy Johns and I must say very pleased. Love the fact of including sales tax in the pricing. They even deliver to my school bus at the discovery center. Will be getting repeat business from this customer.

I love how close this store is to campus and how consistent they are. The staff is friendly and I believe they deliver also. Plenty of parking… MTSU could learn a thing or two.

Conveniently located across the street from MTSU, it’s another super-​fast way to get a great sandwich. I like the #17 Ultimate Porker, which has a gob of meat along with some lettuce etc. The bread is totally fresh. I will return.
I know it’s a chain, but I think chains do serve their purpose. The service is very consistent from store to store and so is the quality of the food.
