After reading the other reviews it makes me thinks that we are the only ones having issues with Michael’s Homes, LLC. I have send by United State Postal Services a letter with a two page list of issues that we have been asking to get fixed since prior to our closing and after. Their representative said that they (Michael’s Homes, LLC) would take care of them, but as of this review they have not. I even send a followup email, which was read, but never responded to. From this experience my wife and I cannot recommend Michael’s Homes, LLC to others. The list itself does not contain any major defects just a number of minor issues. What irritates us most is Michael’s Homes, LLC lack of common courtesy to acknowledge receipt of either the original mail of the followup email.
