The people in there are smartasses and cocky/​rude all there consoles even used one’s are overpriced and they will beat you out of anything you try to sell even if it’s quality gaming equipment I had a good experience with the one in the mall but media rerun is just a few stores down if they don’t have it I’d just order it or try the one in the mall if the African American looking man is working when you go in this game stop just walk out and go some were else he’s a complete dick and I even told him that plus a few other choice words before I left and never have i nor will l be back in that store

Although this visit began when we were very frustrated due to an issue with the iPhone we had purchased, Cody/​Daniel provided excellent customer service in order to rectify an issue from the previous transaction. He went above & beyond in order to provide satisfaction & to insure that we had a positive experience, which will keep us coming back as long term GameStop customers. I will most definitely recommend this GameStop to my friends! Thank you so much for caring about retaining customers & making things right!!!

The kids love this store, of course! I was really impressed with the man who checked us out. I didnt catch his name but he has a full beard and mustache. He was able to answer all my questions about the tablets. He even gave me pointers about Black Friday there. I DO NOT shop on black friday but he assured me to come at XXX time (im not giving this info out lol) and they are pretty dead. Even if they are out of the product they can order it from the warehouse for the same price and ship it directly to my home. Well ummmmm Heck yeah! Great customer service and i have never gotten anything there that was crap.

I am not a gamer. I went into this store in the mall and bought a used copy of Bioshock I, then came back the next day, exchanged it and bought a copy of super smash bros brawl. I had great service both times! And the used game that I bought there had a good price ($ 16).
