This store is run by unprofessional morons. Every time I’ve been here or called, the employees have proven themselves to be incapable of performing their jobs. They are impatient and condescending when answering questions and will intentionally withhold information to keep you from saving money. So finally, after 10 days of calling numerous times a day and being passed around to who knows how many different people, I finally got my moms phone turned off today. My sister in California even took the death certificate down to a store for me but even though I called and gave them the go ahead to listen to her, they still wouldn’t do anything because she is not me. We did EVERYTHING they asked and it still wasn’t good enough. Every time we did what they asked, they changed their story and wanted us to do something else. Then they tried to get me to keep the line and just change it into a tablet. Oh hell no. You couldn’t get the billing right on my first tablet, why in the hell would I do another one!!! I am still fighting my bill but I have filed a complaint with the BBB because we have received a few responses back due to our previous review on here and when they detail out the charges, they are all different!!! That’s what happens when you lie… you can’t keep it straight. JERKS! I will be calling other cell phone providers this week to see which will buy out our contract with Verizon. STAYAWAYFROMVERIZON! Verizon is by far the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. My wife and I upgraded our phones and was told the cost would be $ 280 from tax on the phones and the accessory package we bought with our phones and that would be added to our normal bill. Fast forward to our first bill and the bill is for over $ 600 and once we called to find out why the bill was so high and noticed that we were charged over $ 300 for a free tablet when we upgraded our phones as well as an activation fee that we were not made aware of. Since it took so long for Verizon to contact us again our bill went up further to almost $ 900. On top of that my wife’s mother passed away a few weeks ago and when my wife asked about turning off her phone we were told there would be an early termination fee for turning off the phone. We should’ve changed providers instead of signing another contract, especially with what they’re doing to us now. This is absolutely despicable. So much for being helpful.
